Genesis Mining are reliable, however their pricing structure penalises older customers as their maintenance fees do not scale with the current price fluctuations and was calculated with projections for bitcoin above $8000 USD.
$0.06 USD/TH is the current maintenance costs for contracts, however older contracts do not generate output as the costs are $0.15 USD/TH.

Total waste of time. Customer service ticket has been open for more than 1 year. Mining contract is 2 years old and they haven’t paid one payment! Not one!!

They keep saying support are looking at it! It for over a year, this is just false!

Genesis Mining is one of the worst investment mistakes of my life, they scammed me out of thousands of dollars.

Had I just used the thousands of dollars I invested in mining contracts with them and instead just bought the same cryptocurrency at current market value, I would have been much better off.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible, they just respond with scripted statements, which often times don't address your concerns or issues.

Please forget you could gain some decent profit by "investing" in mining services via Genesis.
Very questionable business model will always have something that will make your investment being in danger. Thanks god I fortunately "invested" just couple of bucks. The first trick is money back guarantee. So when you open an account and start mining the daily mining outputs are quite reasonable. But after the first 30 days within you can ask your money back, mining outputs drops significantly. it's not half or 1/10. With significantly I mean 100x less. Of course they will tell you, that there is a blog article which covering this issue. But the thing is, that when you do not know at the beggining that there is any discrepancy in mining outputs after first 30 days, you can not really try to look for any of such "rules" or articles.

Simple wrap up. Avoid investment with Genesis.

Bought dash mining contracts, not receiving any coins for more than 4 months

I only receive 0.03€ a day now, and I paid more than 400€ for this thing.
That means after 2 Years I have 20€ back and 380€ lost.

They Scammed me out of thousands of dollars in BTC mining, it was a life time subscription but they stopped paying, worse they never paid me because i never met the minimum payment requirement and by the time I did they shut down the subscription.
A total SCAM, also did a few other currencies and never got paid. The customer support is horrible as well. Good luck if you try them don't say I didn't warn you.

Wow many bad reviews here from scammers themselves. I've purchased a Dash contract (with credit card) last year and it's been good payouts every day. Dash market price has been okayish so far, could be better, but so far I've recouped more than half of my dollar investment with more than a year to go.

So far Genesis Mining has been the only trustful cloud miner so far. Customer Service is sometimes slow when you have questions though.. Its hard to understand everything sometimes, hope they improve that. Theres also a lot of greedy people that just need to read the terms and get an idea on how mining works in general. Bitcoin is just much harder to mine than Dash for example.

If you want to try it out be sure to use a promo code or wait for a sale like Black Friday. For me its a nice alternative to buying coins.

God damn this are scammers.... First deposited 50€ in Litecoins. Everything went fine for a month. Afterwards i bought a contract for 500€. A week went good. Suddenly the rewards get smaller and smaller. The network hashpower just got a little higher so it could not be the reason why my payouts got so small. After 6 months of mining the told me sry your miningreward is higher than the miningfee so no payout for you... I lost 490€ on them. DONT INVEST ITS A SCAM AND THE SHOULD GO TO PRISON FOR WHAT THE DO.

Genesis-mining.com,top-mining.com, wiki-mining.com, Set-Mining,ibtc-ming are all one scam mining clouds run by the same set of thieves. The 1 year mining contract is a mirage as such never and will never exist. Stop wasting your hard earned money on these criminals and look for legitimate business to invest on. I personally invested in all these site to test if they are really paying but discovered they are all scammers. Just few days into you signed up contract with them your account will be temporary disabled and be asked to buy a higher server for you to activate your account again. The ideology behind the operations of these sites listed above is fraudulent and criminal. Please keep off and invest in something meaningful.

Calculate the contracts, you're GUARANTEED to lose money and lots of it. They take a $0.15 fee per TH/s and you make $0.17 daily per TH/s (roughly). Each TH/s cost $42 to buy and lasts you 560 days, if you do the math, $.02 profit after fees daily on a $42 investment, you're getting scammed. No reason to sell these contracts, even the dash contracts lose you tons of money, don't both buying the contracts, if you don't believe me read carefully and you to will see they're scamming.

Their support is really bad too.
They will only try to talk u away and get rid of you.
No solutions. They wont help you at all

They never do pay. And there support wont even try to help you.

I only really got paid a decent amount for 3 days. before that i got paid
every 4-5 days and only got approximately 0.15 dollars.

Now i dont get paid at all.

I spent 400-450 dollars for nothing !

Please spare yourself and DONT USE THIS CLOUDMINER

I signed up for the limited edition “lifetime” of hashrate. They made it seem as though you were actually purchasing a portion of the miner and just paying some minor maintenance costs then you are “guaranteed” to continue getting proceeds for life. How dumb I was. They stopped all the “lifetime” packs about 3 months after they started. I probably earned about 0.0000001 BTC for my trouble. Steer clear, buy your own miners or just get BTC from an exchange.
