Believe me, this company is not to be trusted. Too many skeptical moves to lie investors in with no intention of paying. Me and 3 other of my friends look our funds here in Genesis but we are glad to have discovered House-Mining

I fell victim to this phishing scam
The Genesis passed as the government wish I trusted them, when I realized that it was a phishing scam it was already too late

But then I saw web RePower site and thought of contacting them and I was very satisfied with their customer service and they told that they were going to help me & they finally helped me after I fill a complaint.

Genesis Cloud Mining which is headed by Mr.Marco Andreas Streng is not paying the investment as well as profit. Mr. Marco Andreas Streng is a cheater I have all the proof to say that. If anything is there below 1 star I want to give that rating to Genesis Cloud Mining Company. While joining they will say that there is no process involved in the Mining, also inform that deposit the fund and get it back after 24 hours with Profit. But after depositing the fund their hided process will start. The hided process are Lagging, Testturn, Upgrading and etc. Each process requires additional deposits. Before depositing Mr. Marco will be very active. After depositing Mr. Marco will become silent and he will not respond. He will say to us be patient. After two or three days he will say sorry and Mr. Marco will inform us that we need to deposit again and convince us by saying that the process is almost completed. If we deposit immediately, within 1 to 2 hours we will get all our funds back. By believing that if we deposit it will not happen. I want to attach the proof but there is no place for attachment. Please don't believe Mr. Marco Andreas, Streng. I am writing this review in full consciousness and I have all the proof that he has cheated me. They post very good videos but they won't pay us back the investment as well as the profit. In the Telegram group, they are known as G Crypto World Community. Repeatedly he will delete the account so that nobody should have proof of his fraud activity.

The support told me to be patient for 3dsys to get my refund.
And they didn't keep to their promise.
I reached out to header to sort all my pending issues. Got my ref und.

My contract is over, but it does not deposit the remaining assets, the site support does not respond to emails. Probably raised the money!

If there was an option for no star i would use that. Refused to pay me my funds despite of how difficult things are currently. Ignored my messages too.

Is anyone else trying to form a lawsuit against them? I’ve been trying to get my money back for 2 years now.

These are internet SCAMMERS. They will tell you anything you want to hear when setting up an account or giving them money but good luck getting anyone to help when you might want to get some money out of the account. Can't wait to hear about their arrest for fraud and hope they all face a firing squad!

Its a shame that genesis is holding our withdrawals and not paying, i was kinda expecting that tho. I'm glad LunarYields is still paying investors always on time, thanks god!

Waiting for my payout now for more than 1 year. Their support is, after numerous requests, just telling me that their IT department is working on it.

Dont invest into the site. You wont get your money back.

please do not invest this company..this is really a scam...it will pay you first up to 4 times or 4 days..in the end you will be scammed because they will ask you a payment charge..then they will not return anymore your funds once you complete the charge they want or the deposit..

Been using it since March and recently AML FIC south Africa announced that Genesis mining is doing money laundery and fraud using their old application to scam people

A few weeks ago we had a referral to join a money making app (called Genisis Mining) and most people said that it was a legit safe app to use to make money and there were quite a few good reviews about this app , we had to join links that were sent to us in order to create our own account, 6 people from my family had joined and invested different amounts of money one of them invested R1500 and R460 . We've been on it for at least 3 weeks until this coming week there had been a very bad situation which had come up , the app apparently became invalid and everyone's accounts had gotten suspended until you deposit R1000 it will be active again . Then a message came onto the Genisis Mining group where everyone got updated about the app everyday, the message said that everyone is going to have to pay R1000 for withdrawal of the money we've invested and have been collecting ever since , then that conflict was a bit sorted out , today we got a notification when we tried entering the app , it said "Error" and that the web page is not available . Our money is still on the app and now it states that the Genisis Mining page is not available..

On 27 July i recharged my account at the same time i purchased The miner and all was successful,then on 31st i withdraw my earnings,then withdrawal status was succeeded,i waited 3 days for the money to reflect on my account,when i check again today my withdrawal is failed
Today they Suspended my device(Miner machine)

And also i must deposit with R1000 to verify my account if not they will freeze and clear my account

I'm not even working i don't know where i will get R1000 to deposit this much
