i purchased my cloud mining contracts in 2017 and all contracts ended in 2019 but i did not receive single penny from my mining outputs. Genesis mining totally fraud company . Please be careful & not trust on Genesis mining company. i also request to authorities of Hong Kong States look this matter seriously and help out people to withdraw their money.

SPOKE TO A GUY WHO CLAIMED HE WAS THE CEO. ASKED ME TO SEND $250 FOR HIM TO SIGN FOR MY PROFIT TO BE SENT TO ME. AFTER THAT THEN HE ASKED FOR ANOTHER $250. THEN HE SAID HE DIDN'T RECEIVE EVENTHOUGH I SENT HIM THE CONFIRMATION. NOW HE'S ASKING FOR ANOTHER $220. NOT SENDING SO MY SUPPOSED PROFIT IS PENDING.

Since February im waiting for their response. The contract was already expired in December 2019 but till date they did not made the payout. I did not even checked it for a year due to health issue. Since this February 2021 I'm trying to chase them and opened support tickets but they never bothered to respond neither my payout. Its 17th October now :(

I have been waiting a month ago. I paid invest all money. I had lost of money. I didn't get the profits a long time ago. They tell me problem antminer S9 and problem mother board. Again I paid them. They said, I will get the original. They made promise. But I didn't get the profits. They tell me that make payment again. I don't understand. It's scam Gensis mining company

I have been waiting a year for a payout, they keep telling me about an IT issue, provide no dates or money. Customer service says they have an IT issue.

It’s scam. I brought hashpower. Unfortunately I always could pay with bitcoin. Done, but there’s because of a failure of the app, I transferred the BTC twice. After a Mail I get an answer within 24 hours and they said. Unfortunately they can’t send back the BTC, but they can double my hashpower. I agreed because of the terms and conditions but I never get the double hashpower and they don’t answer to any further messages. And the amount for the bought hashpower is a joke. You will never benefit from it! Be careful! It’s a ponzi scheme!

I gave them $60 supposedly for mining Bitcoin. They tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff, then also gave me some mining power for a few different mostly-worthless coins instead of Bitcoin, which no mining power ever materialized --and no Bitcoin. Kept saying that Bitcoin was broken, or forthcoming, or being upgraded, or any number of nonsense excuses for not giving me what I paid for.

Never use cloud mining - this is just a scam! You have been warned!

Scam. Will just terminate your contract when its gone 60 days without profit and never reopen it again when market is going up. This was very much a selling point for the 5 year contract. If they would be doing it right they would give the customers back their hash power they bought in 2017 and mine when its profitable.

Kindly note that genesis mining is a fraud company. Do not patronize. I am a victim. They paid up untill a certain time and refused to pay. The amount they paid always diminish. IT'S NEVER AS WHAT THEY QUOTED WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBED TO THE CONTRACT. I ended up making losses rather than gains. They are calculated scammers. Avoid if you value your money.

Hello what's going on I'm still yet to have my daily payout issues fixed almost a year now and I'm suspecting maybe genesismining wants to scam me, after i invested a huge sum of amount in it, i was only paid properly for few months and after then they said their system was having error and that their IT team was working on it, til now no proper response, no payouts and no feedback for over a year now for 2 years contract, I have lost alot of money already my email ticket #604443.

Back in 2016 when GM first opened I transferred several $100’s into a Doge mining contract which after a few weeks GM completely shut off payment and closed down the contract.

They never responded with any answers, never offered an alternate solutions and never refunded my money.

I have contacted them over the years when pissed off about it and all you receive is a copy and paste support response.

If you calculate how much Doge coin is worth now, I am out several $100K’s of money and that mining contract is and was very profitable to this day.

Worked out well for GM though stealing miners money and using the profits to mine with the equipment purchased.

Genesis Mining is a scam. I paid $1368.67for 1700H/s mining contract in Monero in 2018 which was completed in several months ago. After several emails back n forth, I'm yet to receive the payouts. I'm in the process of contacting (in writing) FCA and ESMA to inform them of this scam.

Don’t waste your money. They don’t offer any support if your having troubles.
