Quick customer support response and resolution
I have had a great experience with this broker especially when it comes to customer support. After the spring time change I reached out for clarification on a trade and they quickly responded to my email and provided a resolution that showed their compassion for users. Genesis has great spreads, fast customer service, and typically a fast withdrawal process. I've received my withdrawal request as fast as 20 minutes and it's taken at the longest 2 hours.

One of the best broker I’ve used but I’ve had some two bad experiences already
Broker is okay, in the span of 1 month December 30th and Today. I’ve had two problem already. 1st the 30th the dashboard wouldn’t load any numbers on the dashboard and it wouldn’t let me transfer money or deposit money. Now today. I made a withdrawal yesterday and was about to make another today and I can’t log into my account when I press sign in. I get redirected to another website which I’ve never used before and the website is not related to trading. I’ve made a report with support about the issues let’s see if this can get resolved by the time I wake up because this is frustrating. Problem was solved support contacted me and everything is now fine. I like the broker one of the best one I’ve used but when errors start happening I get frustrated especially when I’m trying to make a withdrawal.
