The colour was I ordered was “plush cream”. When the bed arrived I was absolutely shocked as the bed had yellow tone not cream at all! I waited till the bed was built to judge fully bit the colour is completely off to the point all my family members have also commented on this too! I tried contacting the company to have a conversation about the bed I received and the customer service was shocking to the point where they blocked my account instead of finding a solution! Avoid this company at all cost!!!!

Good bed, disappointing service
We are pleased with the quality of the bed, but the overall experience was disappointing. The ordering process was frustrating, with an unclear website, unexpected added costs, and a false 10% discount claim. While communication about delivery was adequate, the promised time slot of 5-9pm was not met, and the bed was delivered at 11pm, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, no compensation was offered for the issues.
