In caso di sussistenza di vizi produttivi o difetti di conformità, il Cliente avrà diritto al ripristino, senza spese, della conformità del Prodotto mediante riparazione o sostituzione. Qualora ricorra una delle ipotesi previste dalla legge, il Cliente potrà richiedere una congrua riduzione del prezzo o la risoluzione del contratto e il conseguente rimborso del prezzo corrisposto.
Siamo responsabili per i soli difetti di conformità che si manifestino entro 2 (due) anni dalla consegna del Prodotto. L’azione diretta a far valere i difetti si prescrive nel termine di 26 (ventisei) mesi dalla consegna della cassaforte.

Exceptional security and flawless…
Exceptional security and flawless customer service. Due to a human error, I locked my emergency keys inside the safe while it was in OFF mode. I reached out to their support team on a Saturday, and to my surprise, their 7/7 service replied in under an hour. The replacement key was shipped from Italy and arrived at my door in Spain in exactly 24 business hours. The safe is completely secure (impossible to bypass the OFF mode without the physical key), and the company backs it up with elite logistical support. Highly recommended

Really nice product!
I like the safe very much. I give 4 stars because I recognized a little asthetic issue when I opend the safe.
When I contacted the company I got a really quick and good response and we could find an agreement where both parties are happy with.
I totally recommend the company Genie Hand and their products.
I especially like the asthetic of the safe and the unlock mechanism with my fingerprint.

The time lock is really easy and intuitive to use and works well straight out of the box.
