What I liked:
- Very good and very helpful phone support. I don't understand why "MR F" on a previous review is complaining. Maybe he called outside of working hours.
- Everything just works.
- I mode from Heberjahiz to them. There is a huge difference in the quality of the services.
What I disliked:
- Prices are a bit high
- They do not approve domain transfers, so you have to wait for 5 days.
I will still give them 5 stars but I'm moving away because of the price.
They are not answering the phone, the chat one reply.
So, the support is very bad.
I have registered 3 domains (.ma) from them till now, the service is excellent. I hope just they can add an option to transfer the domain from one account to another without the need to contact support. that's it
