Worst experiences from Genivo.shop, online kitchen appliances store

I had the one of the worst experiences from Genivo.shop online store for kitchen appliances. I have ordered a storage box suitable for my refrigerator after watching an ad. The bad thing is that I have received 6 storage boxes of small sizes, in which I cannot store my fruits or veggies. I checked more than 100 times whether I have ordered the wrong size boxes and in their website they haven't put an option for selecting the item size.

The interesting thing is that they offer refund within 5 days after product arrival. They also give you an option for cash on delivery. However, the number that provided by them (for refund) asks your contact details and says like this "you haven't placed any orders yet". If you send them an email, then gmail says "cannot deliver to this email account". In general, I have lost my money.

Friends, please be cautious about this website. They may give you wrong products but you can't get a refund for the same once you buy the product.
