Hello, I've been using Genspark for more than 9 months and i was able to build and ship solid production enterprise applications (Secured and used everyday).
The platform is fully integrated with Github, Cloudflare, or Supabase. You can import skills to help you to build.
This is a very robust platform where you can do almost everything !!! This is super convenient. Genspark will orchestrate all your development. Super convenient.
I'll remove 1 star because of the credit consumption...You need to be extremely careful when you prompt because it can burn all your credits. This is the major drawback.

Since last year August, I’ve been using Genspark, when they came out has 1.0. Is it safe to say I’m one of the pioneers user of Genspark. Where back then they launched thier ai agent for design, and I one my first 200$.

What intrigued me about Genspark, was the inception of the company, bringing ai agents to operations, white collar jobs, and personal work.

And the first thing that brought me up was the PowerPoint slides agent, which marveled me and I jumped on it.

Genspark has really put food on my table, changed my job to AI consultant, and made my clients happy.

The target of the company remained constant, and it really served. Like all my clients have introduced Genspark to, have a personal agent that do their work for them.

Building brands from scratch, creating post cards and flyer, calling, agent that automate by busy work, throughly remarkable.

I can go on and on to explain how it has changed by my life work and job.

However, it seems it just a little that knows about the product here in my country Nigeria.

I just feel if we can come in Nigeria fully, a lot of busywork, white collar jobs that can be automated aren’t done.

Genspark it’s the best for this vision and they are doing exceptionally well. I can tell, my clients can tell. And with more push, and moving here to Nigeria, to spread the world, we would do something global.

I can rock Genspark anywhere everywhere.

I have been using Genspark now for the last 12 months and love the platform. The service aggregates so many Ai agents in one and you can choose which agent is best for your task or user a super agent to choose for you. The platform has continually evolved and some of the O365 plug ins are excellent to use. I have only had two issues to escalate over the last 12 months and the service helpdesk has improved significantly.

The most recent was to help me be more flexible in my credits usage which was responded to expertly.

I’ve just started using Genspark. If you know how to write prompts effectively, you can significantly reduce your credit usage. I had some difficulties at the beginning as well, but the support team helped me sort everything out and even refunded the credits I had spent. I’m very grateful for such excellent support.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I downgraded my plan, but my card was still charged around $4,500. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Please do yourself a favor and be very cautious before signing up for this service.

Be careful: what’s advertised BEFORE you subscribe (unlimited AI chat, different videos and images, etc.) changes as soon as you sign up. This is misleading advertising—avoid subscribing; the free version is more than enough.

These people are not your friends. You will see your credits disappear even though certain AI agents are advertised as free and unlimited

They stole 31 dollars from me, it could've been used for my kid's food this month, but instead they just took it. I got chatgpt to make be an important picture, i guess it took the picture from genspark, then they charged me money. I have heard this isnt unusual for them, they are thiefs. My children had to eat poorly this month because of them.
This must be stopped!!

First of all, I paid for membership thinking that with the membership I would have which say advertise unlimited talk. I’ve since added money to my account after having a run out of credits, and apparently credits are deducted from the time that you press that speak button until you press the end button, whether you’re speaking, not speaking or anything else it’s deducting credits which that is not what they advertise and on top of that ending, the session is not convenient at all with regards to retrieving information and grouping information

Can be great. But has too many bugs and credits get depleted even if the output requested is incomplete.

Avoid this Company at all costs! They could not edit my video, they took money from my account without authorisation and when I tried to contact them, they said they didn't recognise my complaint. Their customer service is a disgrace. Give them a wide berth; they are not professional.

I loved this ai for few months decided to use it payed for it a month and it got worse i just keept eating my credits from mistakes ai was making I pinned 1 issue and it made it 5x worse like its intenionally making mistakes just to eat credits this ai just went downhill i was considering going to pro but I guess I wont

The super agent is a complete idiot. A simple search and cataloging task is constantly interrupted, and the operation must be restarted every 10 minutes. The use of tokens is significant, and the support is nonexistent. This platform is highly discouraged.

1) Unlimited is not. You will get rate limited
2) They swap Flux for Nano Banana then lie about it
3) They don't respond
4) They bill you full price even though you used discount code
5) No refunds

Avoid at all costs.

Intransparent pricing. I prepared a Powerpoint presentation - even though I gave precise prompts - the design and layout were bad - I had to go through many iterations to correct it. Everytime, genspark.ai asked me to upgrade my subscription (buying additional credits).

Potentially it is a good tool, however the pricing is very intransparent and expensive.

Genspark AI is an organization of scammers and pickpockets. I paid $25 for a subscription that was used up in less than two hours. After that, I decided not to renew it. The next month, I discovered they attempted to charge $25 to my credit card, but I didn't have enough credit. I then closed my account because I couldn't disable the recurring payment from their panel. I sent them a clarification request about the unauthorized payment attempts, but I have received no response in four days. To my surprise, they blocked my account and charged me $25 again, yet I have no access to my forced subscription. I do not recommend using this company's services. I will contact my bank to stop recurring payment . Never trust this kind of companies with no ethics and no support at all . Wiping your account means that your data including payment data will be deleted according to international laws and GDPR regulations . I don't recommend dealing with fraudulent and fake scamming business .

The initial use of Genspark as an AI platform was okay, but over several months it just hasn't kept pace with others.
So I decided to unsubscribe and cannot find the Manage Plan on the website! The only way to do so is via an email. This is just wrong for what is now a failing platform

I initially subscribed on January 22, 2026 for $27.49/month. Since I didn’t have sufficient credits at times, the payment was processed through my card, which I understood.

On February 22, 2026, I was correctly charged $27.49 again.

However, things became unreasonable after that:

On March 22, 2026, I was suddenly charged $54.99 without any clear notice or consent.
On April 22, 2026, the charge doubled again to $109.99, which is completely unacceptable.

I never agreed to any upgrade or price increase. There was no clear explanation or authorization for these escalating charges.

I submitted a refund request on April 22, 2026, and only received an automated AI response. As of April 27, 2026, I have received no follow-up or resolution.

This lack of transparency and customer support is extremely disappointing and feels highly unethical.

I strongly urge the company to address this issue immediately and process my refund.

Genspark falsely advertised their AI Image Agent as "zero credit cost" while secretly charging approximately $50/month in additional credits, then when confronted with detailed evidence and regulatory complaints, they ignored resolution requests and cancelled my subscription without authorization to avoid accountability.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. They need to use AI to solve their billing issues. I subscribed got billed double. When I requested a refund for my money I got a message that it would take a week for them to get back to me. It still has not happened. "DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY". And i never got access to their full unlimited product. I had to file a claim with the credit card company and close that credit card. Believe me there is a reason they have a 1.6 star review, they earned it! You have been warned!
