Hi Ada,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t had the experience you were hoping for.
Please note that our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs), meaning each game outcome is generated randomly and cannot be influenced or adjusted based on previous results. Winning is ultimately a matter of luck, and we understand that results can vary from session to session.
Many of our games also include bonus features, such as free spins, bonus rounds, multipliers, and other in-game features, which are triggered according to the individual game’s rules and random outcomes.
Additionally, if you would like to explore more bonus opportunities, eligible deposit bonuses are available from time to time. These can provide additional gameplay opportunities, including bonuses that may lead into bonus rounds, subject to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a more enjoyable experience in the future. Please remember to play responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.

Hi Samrat,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern when your withdrawal is showing as completed but the funds have not yet appeared in your bank account.
Please note that once a withdrawal has been successfully processed and paid from our side, it may take some additional time for the funds to be reflected in your bank account. This processing time is dependent on the banking system and is outside of our control.
As your withdrawal is showing as completed, we kindly ask you to allow a few business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
If the funds still have not appeared after this time, please contact us again and we will be happy to investigate further. We can also provide confirmation or proof that the funds were successfully sent from our side, which you can provide to your bank for further tracing.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hey Tyrone,
We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced when trying to withdraw your winnings, and we understand how disappointing it must have been, especially after contacting our support team for assistance.
We have reviewed your account and can confirm that there were no withdrawal restrictions preventing you from requesting a withdrawal. However, your account had an active bonus balance.
In order to withdraw your real balance while a bonus is active, the bonus balance must first be cancelled. Please note that the bonus can only be cancelled once all ongoing game sessions have been properly closed.
To ensure the game session is fully closed, please open the relevant game and use the “X” within the game screen to exit. Simply closing the app while leaving the game running in the background may leave the session active.
Once all game sessions are properly closed and the bonus has been cancelled, you should be able to request a withdrawal of your available real balance.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this clarification explains why you were unable to proceed with your withdrawal at the time.

Hey Rebecca,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), meaning each game round is independent and results cannot be predicted or influenced. Bonuses and promotional offers are also subject to specific eligibility criteria and terms.
As with all games of chance, luck plays a significant role in the outcome of individual rounds, and unfortunately, a bonus or winning result cannot be guaranteed.

Hi Neil,
We’re sorry to hear that you experienced lagging and slow performance while using our platform. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it affects your gameplay.
For the best possible experience, we recommend ensuring that you have a stable and reliable internet connection when playing. It can also help to clear your browser’s cache and cookies regularly, as this may resolve performance-related issues.
If you are currently playing through a browser, we also recommend downloading and using our official app, where available, as this may provide a smoother overall experience.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.

Hi Katie,
We understand your point regarding the wording around free spins. In this particular case, the spins you are referring to were part of a deposit offer, meaning a qualifying deposit is required to receive the promotional spins.
However, we also provide free-spin promotions from time to time that do not require a deposit, depending on the specific promotion and player eligibility.
All promotional offers have their own terms and conditions, including any wagering requirements and eligibility criteria, which are provided with the offer.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a better experience with our promotions in the future.

Hi Karen,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the verification requirements.
Unfortunately, account verification requires a valid photo ID and a live verification check before you can continue using the account. We understand that you currently do not have an in-date photo ID available.
Please remember to always seek assistance from our official support channels via live chat or email (contact@gentingcasino.com). Our customer support department is more than happy to help customers with whatever querry they have.
To help resolve this for you, we have now escalated the refund request to our Payments Department. They will process the return of your deposited funds, and you will receive the relevant confirmation once this has been completed.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Hi Hidayat,
We understand that a run of losses can be frustrating. However, casino game outcomes are determined by chance and RNG technology, meaning there is no guarantee of winning on any individual game or session. RNG-based games are required to produce random and unpredictable outcomes in accordance with applicable technical standards.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback, and if there is a specific issue with your experience that you would like us to investigate, we are happy to look into it.
