Items never made it to my house, Gentlelike refuses to give money back or send items I paid for. Complete rip off, never again.

I wish I could have read some of these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 bras and when they were delivered found the same as everyone else they were way too small for me. This was back in July. I have asked for a refund, supplied photos and as everyone has found they are not interested. The last thing I was told was "We are very sorry if this upsets you and we please know that we wanted to help you out. However, please know that we have the POLICY to follow.". This is a straight copy from their latest email.
I advise everyone to keep away from this company I have lost £39 on their unwearable bras.

I bought a bra from them and never arrived, after months of complains for my refund they never reply and care at all. Rubbish customer service, I do not recommend to buy from them please it is a fraude!!

One staR is too many! The products are ridiculously small. I ordered according to my size but when they are arrived they wouldn´t fit a child. Crazy. When I complained I got no response. Zero. Emailed again. Still nothing. So I advise have NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.

Very poor customer service. I ordered the correct size as indicated on the website, however the bra cup is not wide enough for my size. The product looks like it is pretty good but sadly doesn't work for me because of the narrowness of the cup. I emailed the day I received the project to inquire about whether the next size would be wider and how to exchange and received a response that I did not meet the criteria for an exchange. No answer three days later about the size question and no answer following that. I also noted that their website says "Sorry: you dont have permission to write a review" when I tried to review them there.

What a scam !!!! I was one of those who always thinks will never be scammed bit I did by this company .a piece of cloth for nearly 19 pounds!!!
Pls STAY AWAY !!!!!and they are not interested when you contact them after 4 days they tell you that it's after 14 days and they are sorry .I actually think answers are generated by a computer because when I asked how 4 days is over 14 days? The answer was a stock answer sorry we have a 14 day policy 😠

Do not buy from this company.
Product is very poor quality- did not fit anywhere.
They would not a) give me details of where to return the product.
b) would not refund my money.
c) would not allow me to leave a review on their site.
Hopefully leaving this review will stop other people being ripped off.
Makes me very uncertain about buying from any non UK company in future.

DO NOT BUY! 1. tracking number does not work and takes you to an unsafe site. 2. The product is poorly made and does not fit. 3. Did not arrive in the time promised. 4. The bra would not have been big enough for an 8-year-old child, let alone a full-grown woman. 5. No return or refund available - this company is a complete con - I was offered 2 more bras for an extra $6 US to get me the right size. I have no confidence that anything they sent would be any good. If they can get me 2 more for $6 US then I am assuming that is what they are paying some poor people in China to produce this rubbish.

Totally disgusting return policy! I cannot believe how they go back on their word regarding their written refund policy. I purchased an XL. It wouldnt fit a size s.It is 64cm right around!!!!!
On enquiring about a refund I was told that I could keep the bra, pay USD$6 and the correct size would be sent to me! I ordered the correct size as per the chart!, I live in New Zealand! Do I want to pay USD$6 to get another bra that is likely to be as bad! Shocking company. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!

Avoid buying from these at all costs - rubbish product and totally refuse refund - just send out more rubbish - talking to support is like talking to a robot - disgusted - do not waste your money!!!!
The bra was not only manufactured wrong - hooks round the wrong way but the fit was abysmal - tried to get a refund but nooo chance. They spent best part of a week getting me to upload photos to both their email and facebook, then ignored my request for a refund.
This bra gives no support and causes underarm bulge.

They do not refund your money when the sizes do not fit, terrible customer services.

Poor fit, flimsy, no support. False advertising. Emailed customer support, got generic responses in poor English, company refused refund and stopped replying to my emails. Their adverts also seem to have mysteriously vanished from social media recently. Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a large busted and overweight woman (UK 38FF), that needs front-fastening bras as a shoulder injury means I can no longer deal with back-fastening bras on my own. Gentle Apparel sell this size, so one would assume that the promises they make about their product apply to all sizes. I was extremely disappointed that the bra offered no support whatsover, in fact you couldn't even tell I had it on. Wouldn't even bother with it for a sleeping bra. The company doesn't stand by the promises it makes about this product as it would not refund me. Shame on you Gentle Apparel. Anyone who isn't slim, relatively perky and DD cup or under - don't waste your money.

Flimsy, offering no lift or support whatsover.
Legally, I believe they should take it back as not fit for purpose - it doesn't work as a bra for me - but in practice this is impossible to prove. They asked me for photos! Not my thing to send pics of my boobs to strangers online, least of all companies so dodgy as to ask for them.

please please do not buy from this site. the quality is crap crap crap. really badly made and badly fitted and then they wont refund your money saying it is your fault that you bought the wrong size when you have in fact followed their size guide

DON'T BUY!!!!
They won't give a refund if your size is incorrect. Used their sizing chart, but the sizes are not correct at all. They promote that their products are super comfortable, but it couldn't be further from the truth. The fabric is way too thin and doesn't support anything at all and just cuts into the shoulders. Seriously, don't buy.

Very disappointing, from the start when I had to chase up delivery status, to the actual package. Poor quality and fit, not much like the advertised garment. I emailed my disappointment to customer service. No response. I asked for a reply, still no reply. So, I have resorted to this as I feel let down generally.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. false advertising, awful products. Not able to leave review on their website. They refuse returns / refunds. Cons. they are a zero star.
