It was a big mistake to order from this company! The order was on Black Friday with delivery to Germany in 10-15 days.
Today 30.01.2023 and i still dont have my package!
At first time, due to COVID, Germany didnt accept trailer from China, the second one again problem with logistic.
Im writing them every time to refund money but they answer after 1-2 weeks with standart Email "we will send package again"
I dont want again! I want my money back!
Where to apply next to get my money back?

Never again. Did not realize I was ordering from China. It’s taken over a month to receive a sweater, supposedly finally in transit. Don’t order from here!

This is the worst customer service and close to fraud company I have ever experienced. The fabrics and items are at random what they appear to be in the ads, you may or not be lucky with your order. The customer service is a robot like "Carol" that will answer you the same lines no matter what you claims you have. Avoid this company.

I ordered two items (a coat and a dress) and only received the dress. I’ve reached out via email and Instagram but I haven’t heard back. I would like to receive the missing coat or at least get my money back, but I’m losing hope. The dress is good quality, I just wish they’d sent me both pieces. Even if they make this right, I won’t order from them again.

These guys are the worst. I bought my wife, a hoody wool sweater for Christmas. I ordered it on December 5th and paid an expedited fee that ensured I would receive it between 7-15 days, plenty of time for Christmas.

After 15 days, I started contacting customer service. They reply every 3-5 days. They don't help or care to help. This finally arrived 2 days after Christmas, rolled up and taped into an envelope in a ball.

It was too large, so I contacted these guys to exchange it for an extra small one. They wanted me to purchase it again, and then they would credit me once they received the one I wanted to exchange. At that point, my wife just said, forget it. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any retailer, online or brick-and-mortar.

They don't care. Customer Service does not exist. Their website is not a representation of who they are.

Great product; love their fabrics and design! Very good value!! The buttons need to be stitched a bit better ocasionally but that's easy enough. Shipping can be a little irregular but they keep you well informed by email. I don't think I have an account though (and I've bought lots from them) and can never redeem points they tell me I have.

Order placed 12/4/22. Asof this writing, no one seems to know where my order is and have refused a refund.

I am still waiting for my order to be completed. There has been no notification as to what is happening or if I will ever receive the balance of my order.

Trousers were awful and didn't look like the picture. Return process was too complicated so we ended up donating them instead.

Very bad idea ordering from Gentleherd . Exchanges and returns are extremely difficult . They don’t provide a label . I paid 15.00 dollars having the blouse shipped to me but because they don’t provide the label it was over 25.00 dollars to return . Items out of stock took almost 3 months to get . I ended up keeping the blouse and gave it away . You have to take pictures of the blouse before returning it , pictures of your tracking number . If I did return it . It would have been three shipping fees !! Never again

Ordered on thanksgiving week. Order status was “processing” for over a month. I contacted customer service twice. First time I contacted, they said it is out of stock, it would be ready in mid December. Second, mid January. I ended up canceling and they refunded me. They still sell the out of stock item on their website.

Seeing reviews here, I guess I got lucky at least they refunded me. Still worst online shopping experience.

My husband ordered a long coat for me on November 17/2022. The company never emailed any shipping information till I contacted customer service on November 22 and got a reply on Nov. 24 with the tracking number. The website states that it takes 15 business days to deliver the orders. This is MISLEADING. The tracking website did not update information regularly. The customer service helped me with that and informed me that I had to wait longer for delivery. It was a VERY SLOW shipping process. Finally I have received my coat today on January 4/2023. I like the fabric and the color, but I was disappointed that the coat has no lining. I have tried to check the coat again on the website, but it is not displayed any longer.
In short I do not recommend ordering from this website due to very slow shipping and the items are not as described.

could be a coincidence, but I placed an order with Gentle Herd on December 31 but only received a response of "unsupported address" with no further explanation. I emailed their customer service support but now 2 days later have not received a response. Tonight, I found out that my credit card was hacked showing invalid charges beginning on December 31. Coincidence?

First, the [products are excellent and live up to what you say they are. Secondly, should the product be arriving later than expected, you let me know. That is right up there with the product quality! I have learned to trust you and the products that I have ordered. Therefore, I will continue to to buy from Gentle Herd. I highly recommend your items to anyone who wants a great product at affordable pricesl

First, it took almost a month to receive the package -which appears to be coming from China.. I had to investigate after Christmas to see when/where my order was... Second, and most importantly, the shirt I received looks nothing like the shirt I ordered. It does not appear to be cashmere (and there is no mention of it on the shirt), shirt has completely different style and look than what i ordered.. appears to be poor quality...

The fabric is soft, tailoring nicely done, and the fit is as described. I do wish it were lined but, otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.

Never got the discount on the coat . Can't talk to anyone.

I have not received my order and it’s been at least a month.
