I have just received my Glashütte watch back from servicing by Gentleman’s Watch Services.
The whole experience has been excellent. Great communication, fast and courteous. Alec has been a joy to deal with.
My watch looks great and I have little doubt that it will run for many more years now, without trouble.

I am overjoyed with the very caring and detailed service I received. My late father's watch is valuable only in the memories it brings to me. The watch received a very thorough and detailed repair and renovation. When new glass was not available due to unique requirements no effort was held back in polishing the existing glass to make it look like it was brand new. Brass case received enormous effort in hand polish making it look as good as it looked the day it was manufactured. The movement received full service and now it is keeping time as good as it could ever keep. I am thrilled to be able to enjoy a watch that brings me memories of my late father.

Gentlemen's Watch Services are local to me, in the same town. Alec recently repaired some inherited watches plus my father-in laws Rolex which turned out to have been bodged in the past and did an amazing job of all. I recently had my 1959 Bulova watch serviced by Alec at Gentleman's Watch Services, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Not only is Alec's expertise and knowledge of vintage watches unparalleled, but his communication and timeliness throughout the process were exceptional. The detailed video he posted on YouTube of the entire service process is a testament to his meticulous attention to detail and transparency. I broke my zodiac olympos by dropping it onto the kitchen floor. Gentlemen's Watch Services fixed it (without any malarkey and with no hanging about!) about a month ago and it's been keeping much better time than before I broke it. So that's.... 5/5

Alec fixed my watch, which had been broken for months, instantly. No hastle, no waiting list - service unbelievable. I have only been to a watch repair shop a handful of times, and usually they take ages. But not Gentlemen's Watch Services. It was straightforward, easy and the staff are some of the friendliest I have met.
