The patches took a long time to arrive and since I have been on the I have had nausea and diarrhoea! And they have not helped with my energy

I was hesitant about the price point at first, honestly. But compared to buying individual supplements every month, the cost per dose is actually lower. I've been using them for six weeks now and the difference in my skin's texture is visible, which I wasn't even expecting. My joints feel less stiff during workouts too.

My order had gone missing in the post. Once I brought this to their attention I was dealt with quickly and a replacement order was sent which was received within a week. I am truly happy with the issue being resolved promptly and I will reuse them on future.

These patches have completely changed my morning routine. I used to take five different supplements, and now I just stick one patch on and I'm done. After two weeks, I noticed my energy levels stayed consistent throughout the day instead of the usual afternoon crash. The fact that they're vegan and have no fillers makes me feel confident about what I'm putting in my body.

Ordering has always been seamless and the products are wonderful.

I made an order that arrived quickly. The patches were easy to use. Just one a day and I forgot it was there. I generally felt so much better. Better sleep. My joints were not hurting as much. I had to reach out to the customer services and they were so helpful. Really professional and I felt really cared for and looked after. Great experience

The website is impossible .
I have tried to unsubscribe many times - it just won’t allow it.
Their AI chat is useless.
I didn’t even know I had subscribed to monthly deliveries and can’t unsubscribe

Ordered Patches for my wife to try, then the trouble began
They said we had entered into a monthly subscription we didn't as far as we were concerned, they then sent me an email at about 5.30pm to say my next monthly order was on it's way, I wrote back to say please cancel as we hadn't subscribed, and do not send us more patches, they replied quickly stating the order had already been processed and it was to late to cancel, but the issue could be sorted once the order had been received, they then sent another email which made it clear the order hadn't left them yet.
When the order arrived I contact them asking for a return and refund, they then ask you to fill in a very long and personal form in order to get your return, but also state that we must pay the return postage and they will charge us a restocking fee's of £5.00.
When checking the tracking the product had not left the premises when I first contact them, and they had ample time to stop the delivery.
They then send out a number of emails trying to get you to keep the product for a discount, firstly 30% then 40% then 50%
This company take payment before sending any notice that they are sending you more products, then force you to except they have already left the warehouse, knowing that they have got you right were they want you.
You end up with the product sent via second class recorded delivery, then they ask for a restocking fee's or ask you to keep the product for a discount knowing they have made it as difficult as possible for you to get your money back.
This company is taking advantage of people making good money out of a very organised Scheme that works in there favour not yours AVIOD at all Costs

Wanted to try something gentler on my stomach since pills have been giving me issues, and these patches bypass that problem entirely while still delivering results within the first month of daily application.

Started with just the NAD+ patch as a skeptic about whether stick-on supplements could actually work, and I was wrong to doubt it, the consistency in how I feel morning to night is noticeably different from the capsule routine I abandoned.

I MADE A ONE OFF PURCHASE AND WAS SUBSCRIBED TO A MONTHLY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! MY CARD WAS CHARGED £54.99 AND IVE SPENT WEEKS TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! IVE JUST BEEN REFUNDED AFTER HAVING TO PAY THE POSTAGE TO RETURN OF £6 AND IVE BEEN CHARGED £5 BY THIS COMPANY FOR THEM TO SEND THE PATCHES WHICH I DID NOT ORDER!! THAT £11 FOR POSTAGE FOR PATCHES THAT DO NOT WORK!!!

Ordered on a Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Works as described.
