I am all swollen bumps all around my eyes and face

Products are useless. Used for months with no improvements. Sales people are not much help. They just want to sell you the next product. Will never use again.

I like the products its been 2 weeks. More moisture, more even skin tone and softness. I would recommend these products.

Read the fine print for this company's offers and then run. There are many complaints just like mine. They are from the East Coast and have a very bad customer report.

UPDATE TO FOLLOWING REVIEW: Ariana did respond to my complaint after this was published and I sent a copy of it to her. The two products were replaced. Not the full order, so I still could not read the instructions on the packaging for the other producst. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Jawline Treatment tube was received leaking and had "goo'ed" over all the products. A small jar with red lid had no label, no way to ID. And there was no unified instruction information at all. It took over a week of attempts to get an answer, and then an hour of hold time to get a human. Ariana took the call 2/7/22. She promised to send replacement tube of the Jawline Treatment. She said the unlabeled jar was "probably" Dark Circle Treatment. She said she would send a return label for the unmarked jar, which they would then replace. That was 6 weeks ago. NOPE! Still no jawline treatment replacement, no replacement for all the goo'd up boxes/jars, and no replacement with label for the unknown unlabeled jar. Zero stars was not an option.

Ladies, I know we are all trying to find that magic product that is going to take off the years or at least stop the aging process. This is not it. If you simply want a skin care system, then go ahead. It's not going to make anything worse, but it's no better than anything else I have ever used from the drugstore. The one product that I halfway liked was Zotique, but it only came in the first shipment and not the second. Incidentally, I called to cancel BEFORE I had even received the second shipment and they refused. So, I am officially done with this company. Use something less expensive and save your money.

Yup. They put you on a auto shipment if you miss the fine print. I declined the package and it was returned. They still refused to refund my money and offered store credit. I will never use it! I had not work with my bank to resolve the charge. I had no product and no money.

The products arrived quickly and I have enjoyed them very much. I can see a slight difference, especially around my eyes.

Wayyyy overpriced! Didn't help a lot either! Won't be reordering...

Ordered in November and still missing product although they had no issue renewing order without completing first order.

I searched the entire order and made sure I checked everything that even hinted I could be charged again for another shipment without my consent. Imagine my surprise when I received another shipment! I demanded a refund and was told I could not have one. This company is a scam. The products do not work and are no better than anything you could get at a drugstore. Stay away!

i love your products. I was having a skin problem on one of my eyelids and using a cortisone over the counter but it would not go away. After using your products on ,my skin this cleared up right away. Thank You Sheryl Allman.

I ordered 14 days ago and not received any correspondence

Product arrived in a timely fashion and about 6 weeks in I love the results! The undereye bag treatment works really well and the wrinkle cream lotion is great!

Very difficult to reach customer service.

I ordered a few products for my wife who liked the product but then my checking account was just overdrawn because they charged me $199 for something I didn't order.
