I was exploring the Genucel Website, pondering my order for a couple of days because I have purchased other products in the past that did not do what was promised! I was surprised when I got an email offering me an additional $50 off so, that made my decision for me! I am very excited to get the product and see how it works for me!

I never received my email for $40 off, which is what it said I would get. Very disappointed.

I was excited to be able to finally order with the discount, but I was unable to take advantage of the additional timed discount of another product that I was interested in due to the code attached not working.

I received all but one of the products that I ordered. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and did not notice until then that the cleanser was on Back Order after she had opened it and asked. I looked over the paperwork and then realized that the cleanser was on back order. It stated that it would be delivered on Dec. 27th however I have still not received it yet. I will probably wait until the end of the first week of Jan. before I contact if not received before then. Otherwise she is pretty happy.

I never received an email verifying my order with details and amount of the purchase like I do with most products I order. All I received was this email wanting my opinion....seriously??!!

Because the ingredients are listed with very scientific names, I'm not completely sure how "clean" they are. The help chat assures me all the ingredients are plant-based, but I had to rephrase that question three times before they said that. So...not a five star response. Sorry. The site is easy to use, simple for ordering.
