I have been asking for my refund, they offered a replacement but even my replacement hasn’t arrived? I ordered in the beginning of january and its april now. They also didnt respond to my email asking about where my package is. Terrible customer service, dont recommend!

Geocolouredlenses.com is a complete scam. I have reached out via email asking about my order and I was told that shipping takes a few days. I responded that I haven't received anything about my order being shipped and I paid for the express shipping.. no response. No update. No emails about my order. Nothing. I would not order from them at all! Horrible service which lets you know it's a scam.

UPDATE:
After making this review I ended up getting an email with tracking number included. I just now received my package in the mail and I am happy. They also inserted some free gifts as well. I am happy with my purchase and will probably continue to order in the future.

I have been a long-term customer. Ordered from them for years. I absolutely love their lenses! They are comfortable, I can wear it the whole day without feeling drying and uncomfortable. The shipping is fast.

Used this website for 11 years (my forst order was from 28/09/2013!), and have repeatedly bought my circle lenses here. They used to be really great in the communication, fulfilling the orders and even following up if I'm happy with my product. But with my recent order, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place. My usual lenses were out of stock (it said in stock on the website), took them so long to fulfill the order. In the end I didn't receive my lenses and I had to get a refund through PayPal as they were very unresponsive on emails. I'm giving them three stars out of nostalgia and they were able to to get my other orders correct. I'm so sad that this website isn't as great as it used to be 😔

Scammer website! Don’t place any orders with them.
I placed two orders which value is about 100 USD in September, but all out of stocks. I requested a refund many times from their online chat and never get replied. Tried emailing several times with no answer.

Still haven’t received my contacts and still waiting a few months already.

You charged me for lenses, but you didn’t deliver my lenses. I can’t reach out to you as well. You didn’t respond to me at all.

Edit/ I placed my order on 11 Oct, They emailed me on 14 Oct stating one of my lenses oos, i replied on 22 Oct to proceed with replacement. Sent various follow up email dated 25 Oct, 28 Oct, 2 Nov and 22 Nov. Please don’t tell me you have emailed me in this reply when you went missing after I replied your email to proceed with replacement. Thanks.

out of stock a lot, takes a very long time to fullfil orders.

Everything I ordered was out of stock so I requested a refund and someone replied I will get a refund on my credit card which never came through. Tried emailing multiple times with no answer.

Your ITEM got HELD at FDA Clearance so I never received them. REFUND.

They didn't have stock of my order of lense, and they still haven't sent my order since last month, even though I have emailed several times. Not happy with service at all

Never got my order, was notified my item was out of stock but a replacement pair wasn't issued nor a refund.

Very poor communication and follow up on orders. Have to resort to asking refund via PayPal then got a reply. And yet till now (28 June) still didn’t receive anything. Needs to pay export tax for foreign land delivery which was also not mentioned. Not worth it at all.

There was a mistake in my order and when I contacted them they were polite, understanding and corrected my order.

Items weren't up to date as per stock availability. Took so.long for someone to.actuallyn find a replacement. When replacement order came was missing quantities and I have yet to get a callback or email as to the missing lenses

Use to receiving very light colored incredibly vibrant circle contacts, my favorite being Barbie Puffy 3 Tone Gray which I purchased so many times then suddenly couldn't get anymore. It's also known as Shiny Gray. Now I order and I don't even get the light beautiful colors I used to get before that changes my brown eyes but also look so beautiful and real. What happened?

the compamy Will not respond after telling me the items I ordered are out of stock and asked me to choose something else. I just want a refund since you don't have what I ordered.
