I have used Geologie products for a number of years. I find the products to be very effective in slowing the aging process. I also find the customer service people provided by Geologie to be helpful and knowledgeable.
Their website makes it very easy to manage your regimen.

Products are marginal at best. Company "auto" signs you up for a sub and making incredibly hard to turn it off and you don't any email about future order...
Any company business strategy like this should always be avoided.
Avoid adding any payment information that you cannot easily cancel and their support function is a joke, no replies. This is a scam.

To be clear, customers are not able to purchase a subscription trial set unless they give their explicit consent on our checkout page to receive recurring orders. In addition to the messaging on subscription details found throughout our diagnostic results, there is a checkbox next to clear and transparent language on our checkout page regarding ongoing membership terms that must be manually checked in order to proceed with purchase. Customers cannot purchase a personalized skincare trial that entails a membership for recurring orders without this manual consent and acknowledgment.
From there, our team then provides additional information on customer account management in our trial order confirmation email, and our flexible account controls allow for customers to make any updates they might need to regimen preferences directly from their account page on our website. Customers can update the products they're receiving, their next order date, or even cancel their subscription from the account portal. We also sent an upcoming order email your way a few days prior to your first full-sized regimen order with us, confirmed that you opened it multiple times, and unfortunately did not reach out to our support team for assistance or take any action at that time to cancel the membership before the full-sized regimen order began processing.
Our customers are always in the driver's seat, and we take care to ensure they receive all relevant information regarding how long our trials last, what ongoing pricing will be, and how they can update their preferences. Please don't hesitate to follow up on our open ticket if there's any additional information we can provide you with or anything else we can do for you.

Great
I’ve been using geologie for several years now and cannot find a better replacement, they offer a wide range of products and great discounts on premium products. In the years I’ve used geologie the only issues I’ve encountered were being shipped the wrong product twice(to be fair very similar packaging) however a quick email and my troubles were resolved as well as I was generously compensated for the error. Excellent products and excellent customer service.

My experience with costumer service was extremely helpful. I needed help updating my info. I was helped right away with hassle-free experience. I was sent a new item free of no charge which made me very happy to know I did not need to repurchase. This company has been my go to for skin products. As we get older we tend to try and keep ourselves looking young. And with great products by Geologie that makes it possible do to.

Great customer service
Their customer service is great. I contacted them through email for an issue and they contact me back by the next day and were able to resolve my issue fast. This is only the second time I've ordered from them. These items are for my teenage son, and I'll definitely order from them again. My son seems to like the products we ordered.

Firstly, the skin care package is excellent and from the first use, I was able to see immediate results. Secondly, the customer service was incredible, Andy, the representative who helped answer my questions, was courteous, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about the product and advising on adding new products to an existing skin care program. His follow through was excellent and made shopping an easy experience.
