Scam, not answering email. No way to cancel the "subscription" on their service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not engage with this fraudulent website at all! They do not provide any services and they lure you into signing up for a hidden subscription service that charged my acc 47 euro 2 days after my 90 cent transaction. Never received any text messages from them with any service provided. Complete gangsters.

Like all the other reviewers, I regard this company as simply fraudulent. The app does not work (probably does not even exist) but they happily take your money, as much as they can possibly get.

As many say, shady and bad. They use long texts to hide information without making it clear for the customer that you are signing up for a free trial of 24h. Also i got charged the 50 bucks not 24 hours after, but 48, which is weird because it should be automatic. Customer service of course will tell you its legal, which it is, but it is a shady way to make people pay when they use this service probably in stressful situations. Hope all the reviews help take it down or change, because i too used it when i couldn't find my brother and was so worried. No mail telling you about the subscription, no welcome mail (which is basically mandatory, shady that there is none), no telling you the trial is almost over. A disgusting use of a legal business tactic.

I got scammed also, just noticed ive been charged 2 times 50 eur for nothing, will try to do a chargeback tomorrow but may have to get a new card, what a headache!

Ok so these guys are like all the reviews you will find on here, just parasites. you sign up, don;t receive the e-mail and then they charge you immediately for a months fee before you can cancel. I am going to report them to mastercard to get them removed as an online trader. Low life!!

This is a shady, shameful scam! Parasites feeding on desperate people who have lost their phones. You agree to a reasonable fare (ninety CENTS) and somehow end up with 50 quid deducted from your bank account. STAY AWAY FROM IT!

I had to mark a star so I can send this message to the world :-(... as I see 98% of those trying the app, had the same terrible result .... to be scammed by notorious people on the law face... and dramatically is that the app is still there awaiting for more foolish people to be scammed... is there nothing to be done? It should be something out there to take care of these kind of people. I have two words for those trying this... stay away!!!!

I don't know how they managed, but I woke up to a text from my bank that money had been deducted from my bank account, without me ever signing up.
I have tried to get in touch with them, but they just said I agreed to their terms and conditions - the funny thing is, I never signed up for their services, how could this ever happen?

WORST SCAM EVER. DONT DO THIS. They give you a trial and deduct 40 euros from your credit card. I have cancelled immediately but lost the 40 euros. I wish to get it back

Scam platform they deduct the fees twice and when i sent email to support team they mentioned we cannot refund you bc we are a digital platform

Avoid at all costs. This is a total scam. I lost my mobile phone, realised half an hour later, rang the service station where I had left it and they couldn’t find it so I went online to find a “Find my phone” app….found this one, thought 50 Euro was good value so used it. The result I received sent a chill down my spine because the location they said my phone was found was a 12 hour drive from where I was so knew that was impossible. I realised I’d been had and thought I’d got off light until my following months credit card came and I had been charged by this scam company, a further NZ$77.00. Went onto their website and there was no possible way of “stopping” further payments so had to cancel my credit card. Be warned, this is a FAKE SCAM page. I just wish Google could take them down before some other hapless fool like me gets ripped off. ANGRY!!

Scam website, fake testphase, and request money right after you sign up.

Just got scammed by them. they promise a 0.50cents charge for a trial and once you do so they charge you 40 euros 24h later in a ill will manner similar to other online scams and fraudulent activities. they use the hidden disclaimer scam. and to delete the subscription online doesn't work.. we will take them to the police and court in case our refund is not processed on the next hours. if anyone wants to partecipate on the legal claim and charges for fraud and other claims can contact me
so we can contribute for a more transparent and safe society.

Pathetic app.not useful and charging a huge amount without notifying you, in a way its a cheating app.

It´s a scam, they just want your money. Do not use it. I´s a useless website.

Scam site, stay away!!!
It looks like you can make a test for 0.50€ but they distract from you the info, that by doing this test you agree for 40€ montly subscription which they charge your card 24h later.
Total scam and no real service!

Its really scam than a product, just sharing my experience. It charges you 0,5 EUR to create an account, then the next 24 hrs it will charge you 37 EUR, without any further notification (it has a hidden declaimer).
Most important, the product itself is a s**t, it’s can not locate anything, as it’s described. It’s a total SCAM.
