I ordered a pair of trainers in the incorrect size, made them aware of the mistake I made straight away, I was told it was sorted and the correct size was coming.
They turned up in the incorrect size been told it will be sorted and still not received the correct product or even had a response since the item has been returned (I also paid for the return of the item) I received messages making out it was my fault and I should be lucky that they will exchange the item (although I instantly emailed, called and messaged that I ordered the in the wrong size).
The service is appalling especially for the money you are paying, you would expect some professionalism and good customer service.
I was recommended by a friend to order off this site but I will ensure that I will not be returning.
Please sort my order out as promised!
