they do not send the order, and after a few days they write that it is canceled and the money is frozen

Bought a pair of adidas shoes. Good experience.

Scam site: avoid them.

Bought some running shoes. Then received no information about delivery for a week. Only when I write to them asking about it, did they tell me that the product i bought is sold out and they have cancelled the order!! I then asked when I would receive the money back and they just blanked me, ignoring all further communication. Not trustworthy.

In the end i got my Money back via a paypal complaint

The site offers good bargains, allow 30 day return and advertises very clearly sending costs free for orders over 40Eur. It advertises in German social media but if we don’t pay attention, the return costs are paid by the customers and the return address is in Austria.
I already saw many complaints about this topic but I think this company could improve a lot the service in Germany with 2 simple changes:
- Providing a proxy location in Germany in order to allow the German customers to ship back to a German Postal address.
- Providing to the customers a link to buy DHL/UPS/DPD/Hermes return with a competitive price.
So far looks this company is using the Chinese strategy, avoid any returns due to excessive costs.
Without any change on this subject, I will never buy again from geomix.de.

Would not recommend. I ordered my football jersey more than a month ago and I still haven't received it.

They made me fill out a form for investigation and I haven't gotten a resolution despite providing all of the details necessary.

Just order from a different and more trusted seller next time.

I ordered two pair of sneakers ( nike & puma), they were infected. I sent an email to the support team containing photos of the infected shoe, and they said you can send them back but you have to pay the post fee! that is not fair at all!

I orders some shoes from the website, it said 2-3 days delivery, i bought the shoes as a gift when i go on a family vacation, they dont answer my emails, they did send a tracking number, i spoke with dhl, geomix have not sent the order in, its now 7 days from ordering and the shoes is still not sent. Stay away from this website.

I ordered VREG23-0484446 van 22.06.23 and today is 29.06 still not sended. Nobody respond on my e-mail..

Ordered shoes and waited more than 5 business days for delivery and another 2 for delivery. I only got an answer after I switched on PayPal. The shoes were returned on the day of delivery and took 2 days to reach geomix's warehouse. The refund was made in 10 business days. Unfortunately below average. I do not recommend.

I ordered from this store and waited for more than a month until my flight back to my home country, I kept updating them , they said that the package was delivered but I checked my roommates in my old address and none of them received any package since I left, it seems that they are not giving any refund and wanted me to fill out some paperwork, all the wasted time and money, I will not recommend buying from this store! I was literally scammed!!!

Stay away from this store!! Scam and unprofessional. We ordered (order number 6140075) on the 20th of December and they charged our credit card the same day. Our order said shipment within 5 days, i.e. 25th of December 2022 however it is now the 6th of January, and we havent even received a tracking number. We wrote email on 4 th if January 2023 and today again, but unfortunately nobody answered.
None of the numbers on the website is working and no one is answering our emails!! I have made a claim against this fraudulent, scamming website!

We ordered the pullover for our daughter’s birthday but did not get any even a Trecking number as written on website… super ridiculous!

t-shirt for the word cup ordered, the team already lost, geomix have money, the t-shirt since 2 weeks not delivered, e-mail to support not answered. First and last time buying from this shop.

I found their article really good and the prices 😊 of this Website really good and the delivery was so fast that I was surprised and they respond fast to email thanks and continue doing like that.
