It’s a SCAM they charge you for nothing. NEVER provide your card details

This company did refund my purchase of a product that turned out to not work nor do what was expected and then they charged me again this month!!!! Do not and I repeat do ot use this website!!!!

No stars for these rip off merchants charged $4.99 yesterday and US$49.99 today DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used their service to locate my phone once and was charged 6.88$ for that service. The next day they charged my credit card for 60.21$ which I have never authorized. I went on Geomobile.co to cancel the subscription and the only way is to send an Email, which I did this morning. I also contacted my credit card company to have this charge reversed but I have to wait a week. Nothing on their site mention that they will charge us for a subscription yearly. That is a big scam and their site should not be allowed on the internet. If I have to I will cancel my card and replace it for a new number. Geomobile your nothing more than scam artists.

100% a scam it doesn’t locate your phone. It sends a text message to it and that’s it. Someone on the other end has to click on that message. They seem to like taking out $79 a few times $237.00 until my Bank callled me saying they’ve just cancel my card due to multiple unauthorized transactions I don’t know if this is true, but I heard even though you cancel your credit card you have committed to an agreement and they have the right to send you a bill until it’s canceled via email. It’s in their terms and conditions. Apparently you know what I say. come and get it you thieving lowlife scamming bottom feeders. I would think they’ve got nothing to stand on because they falsely advertised then leaving no option to cancel the trial period that you couldn’t cancel the trial period anyway because you need 24 hours notice it’s basically the wild West these guys will keep making money. No one will stop them cause in their terms of conditions. It gives them all the leverage so boys and girls the lesson here today is for you and for me always get the reviews before you pay rather than look at the bad reviews after you’ve paid 😩😩 it’s because we are more trusting, and the scammers rely on that scammers will always try to make you have very little time to decide. They’ll rush you into a decision if you see any website or email trying to do that to you. It’s a scam. Stay safe, my fellow friends.

I am writing this as a formal complaint and a strong warning to others: Geomobile.co is a fraudulent and deceptive website.

I initially paid $4.99 for a one-day trial of their service. I used the software briefly and canceled my subscription within a couple of hours. Despite this, they charged my account twice with $49.99, without any notification, consent, or justification.

This is a clear case of unauthorized billing and dishonest business practices. I have already filed a complaint with my bank regarding these unauthorized charges, but I demand that Geomobile.co issue a full refund immediately.

Their service is based on false promises, and they provide no transparent information, no real customer support, and clearly operate in a way that misleads and exploits customers.

I strongly urge others to stay away from Geomobile.co. This site is not legitimate, and in my opinion, it should be taken down and reported to cybercrime authorities.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

I will also be reporting this to consumer protection and cybersecurity authorities to ensure others don’t fall victim to this scam.

Worst experience ever, say they have refunded my money that was taken from my account as I did not authorise a full month usage. Say they have refunded money and attached a sus file on email reply. Totally SCAM, they will charge your card with absolutely different sums, starting from 49.99, and after that you must block your card.

Another “0” here. I feel so daft for falling into this scam. Like everyone else I paid the $4.99 US thinking I could use the app to find my phone, only for it not to work and for it go on to charge me $49.99 US. Note that I had cancelled the subscription within minutes of realizing it did not work. The $49.99 US was charged after that. I emailed them, but did not get a reply. I therefore had to cancel my credit card.

This is a scam. It only sends a text message. Does not locate the phone. Luckily I rang my credit card company immediately after I signed up. It seemed suspicious. My 24hr subscription wasn't showing up in my Google pay subscriptions and the app was useless. They tried to take $88 the next day. My credit card blocked it. I have to get a new card but at least they didn't get any more money.

Scam, paid for 24 hours access (usd$4.99), the service does nothing other than send an SMS to the lost phone asking someone to call a number you provide. I was then subsequently charged usd$49.99 for no reason and with no warning or subscription sign up. No confirmation of charging card via email or anything. Seemingly no way to get in touch with company other than via email which, as others have stated, will garner no response.

Scam chargers full amount despite having a discount trial!

Its totally scam. They charged 4,99 USD as 24h fee for an service that doesnt work at all. 2 days later they charged 49,99 USD for no reason. They dont share any information or send an email. You can not cencel the service.

if i could give less than 1 star i would. this is a scam, do not use this fake company. got charged $73 and the service doesnt even work. asked for a refund and a cancellation but hearing nothing back from them

Scam , and it really hurts when things are so tough already

This is a scam, it does not work
It did not work and it charged me for 12months subscripts for (90AuD) when I signed up for 24 hours for 8AUD
There was no confirmation email of the initial charge or the 12months subscription charge which is unacceptable
I have emailed them and yet to receive a refund. If I don’t get a refund I will be raising a dispute with the credit company

The location service doesn't work as it advertised. And it didn't work at all for me.
The next day I ways charged $4.99USD and $79.11 AUD
It says you must give them 24hrs to opt-out so the auto subscribe bills you before you can opt-out. For a service that does not work as they advertise.
