Bad experience so far
1. You are selling products out of stock! Not a good customer experience to charge me for something that you can't deliver.
2. If there are problems with shipping address I would expect someone to contact me, and not for me to wait one week and then contact your customer support to ask what is happening with the order.
3. Even though the order was shipped on May 19 I still didn't get anything.
That's my experience so far

I have double checked and can that we fully refunded you for the items that where not in stock. I have also checked on the tracking of your new delivery. This is on route to you however things are taking a long time to get through customs at the moment. It's nothing like toothpaste from a tube. It's very thick. Have bought fluoride free toothpaste before which feels like normal toothpaste which is what you want. Wouldn't recommend it.

Great products.
This is my first subscription to a Georganics product and I decided to start it as I have been using another Georganics moutwash and really enjoyed it, the fact that none of the products contain an artificial sweetener is fantastic and the delivery came really quickly once ordered.

Thanks Georganics for supplying zero waste toothpaste and other products like this. Even with the Brexit the shipment was all right (to Italy): shipped in a couple of weeks ( plastic free, of course! ).
