We ordered multiple things from George…

We ordered multiple things from George & Willy, and we appreciate the quality and the unique designs, absolutely in love with everything. My only complain, and I hope they will fix it, with the menu boards, you don’t get enough letters. They are expensive products, so I would expect not to have this issue. And to order more letters, you need to buy another set, and we paid $80 for that, and still we ran out of A’s. So I would say, give customers the options to buy the letters they need, or add more vowels to the set. You can’t give same amount of A’s as the other letters.

As well as having exactly what I needed, George & Willy delivered ! The package came quickly, was BEAUTIFULLY presented and so much fun to open !! I also appreciated that the packaging was very earth friendly.
The product is fantastic and I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

Honest and extraordinary!!

My experience was not just great, it was extraordinary.
I purchased a lovely lit round sign and added graphics. When attempting to professionally mount and hard wire, it failed to light. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement of the light strip and plug. I received immediate help via text and soon was booted up to Rosie who offered a complete sign replacement.
Lastly, an email followed from Will ,checking the resolution of my issue.
I give George and Willy 5 stars and honestly the best customer service I ever experienced. *

I couldn’t be happier with the Wall…

I couldn’t be happier with the Wall Mounted Drying Rack from George & Willy. The design is simple, elegant, and fits seamlessly into my space—both functional and beautiful without being intrusive. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating something that’s not just practical but also a pleasure to look at every day.

From ordering to installation, the team was incredibly responsive and helpful. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a clean, minimalist solution that doesn’t compromise on quality or aesthetics.

I highly recommend George & Willy

I highly recommend George & Willy. The reason is I forgot to include my apt number, and UPS could not found my address and UPS returned my product that I am aware after the fact. I emailed the information to the support team it was late time, and I was not sure they are open, or they will reply to me same day but in a minute later I send my email, they replied to me and comfort me regarding my shipment. That was amazing and very lovely gesture and customer service pleasure. I loved the company and with quick and kind respond, they really got me. Thanks, and regards.

High price, low quality

Ordered a large store sign. High price does not equal high quality. Powder coating is very easily scratched and damaged.

Response to G&W:
Thanks for the 30% off offer, but why would I spend more money on your low quality products? Especially seeing first hand how you do business. The lightweight aluminum sign slid on a cylinder block that it was propped up against under its own weight and that was somehow enough to create two deep gouges in the powder coating. You can pretend like you’re a poor small business, but really you just take advantage of them. There’s a reason their reviews are great here. Not surprised, they have a monopoly on designer signs, so why would they bother.

We’re sorry about the scratch on your sign. All of our signs come with a 2-year warranty that covers faulty workmanship and materials when used under normal conditions, as outlined in our care instructions. Unfortunately, damage caused by one of our large (and heavy!) signs sliding down a cement block, as explained in your own words, isn’t covered under this warranty.

That said, we did offer a 30% discount on a replacement as a goodwill gesture, but didn’t receive a response.

As a small business, we do our best to take care of our customers while staying fair and sustainable as a business. We’re genuinely sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations.

Unreliable delivery date

Unreliable delivery date. On the website I paid for 3/4 business day delivery. I now have received an email that the delivery date is a week later.

Faulty products and no refunds or exchanges offered

Edit: The company have kindly offered to replace the product free of charge, after a series of emails and this review. The products themselves are good quality even if the box is not usable - little disappointed in the customer service but happy with the outcome in the end.

Ordered the small pricing signs and they came in a little tin box to carry them around in. Perfect for markets! But the signs don’t fit in the box and the box burst open on my way to a market. Lost about half the signs. They said a piece of tape works to keep the box closed - why are you selling products you know are faulty? They offered me a discount off another box but didn’t offer to remedy the actual problem of the first box or provide a replacement. Super disappointing given I paid extra money to support a local brand rather than get the much cheaper options from other sites. Really bad customer service given I would’ve purchased many of their other displays in the future for my store, but if you can’t endorse your own product then I won’t be returning to the store, and others shouldn’t either.

They charged my card twice snd…

They charged my card twice snd begrudgingly agreed to a return at my cost. I contacted seconds after I saw the double order and they said they were away for the weekend. They shipped it anyway!! Not ready for e-commerce.
