My order come in time. This litter i prefer,because very comfortabel, clumps beautifully,only next time i will take “green tea”. Lavanda very strong.

I made a 300 euros order months ago, never received the product, they don't reimburse me and they don't answer my mails either. I would not trust this business.

Big zero. Scammer. I got only half my orders. Now is 2 weeks and no my orders missing part. Paid almost 130 euros. Their phone is not available, email ... No response. Theif company

Rude communication, seems to care about gerbils but not about customers or EU return laws

I did not want to leave a negative review so I first had contact with them directly. Explained my issue with the product and decided to make a return eventually as they became non-responsive to my initial message. The wheel costs 30€ and it is made of the cheapest possible wood. It has a kind of structural issue which when the hamster goes on it, the wheel bends forward so the animal never ever used it. The bottom platform consists of 2 pieces of planks glued together, the connecting point of these planks is thinner than the rest which results in structural integrity loss. I explained my reasons and returned within their defined return period. Received no refund and now my time is being wasted with questions like what is my order number. I returned the wheel with a return form which was filled out completely and contains all info.

Update: I returned the wheel within the legal retour period in which I am not even entitled to give a reason for return. I filled out their return form completely and they refused to refund me and sent back the wheel to me. That means I also spend another extra 7€ on PostNL to return it, and this company did not respect the return policy.

i have finally found perfect litter for my cats. one of my cats has respiratory issues and since i switched to neutral tofu litter from this company, his health has improved. this litter does not produce dust, which is perfect for my boy. he barely coughs now. we will continue using this litter.

Queenies is my 'go to' shop for hamster stuff. Every order is well packed and tracked. Products are of good quality. I really appreciate that their dried herbs, cookies and other rodent snacks are not full of moths and maggots like from other online or physical shops.

Product quality is always top notch 😊 and not expensive at all in comparison with what you find in a store. I'm always surprised on how good the products look when I got it in my hands.

My Goldhamster is bigger then a gerbil, so a good, comfy home was needed. Well.. at least a bigger home! So I ordered a custom gerbilarium that was at least 100cm long, with some height.. and platforms. The only problem I have now is not knowing how to decorate it. So many possibilities and I just looove the many houses to choose from. And my hamster? She found her forever home
