Repair service a DISASTER
If you have to send something back for repair, you have to be VERY patient.
FIRST.. it takes almost TWO WORK WEEKS from receipt before they even process it !!!!
Then you receive an email that it will certainly take another 5 weeks.. so you've LOST your badly needed machine around 2 MONTHS.
This is outrageous !!!!!
You have to buy a second machine to be able to continue with your work ... but not at Gereeschapscentum
