I ordered a part but there was only one available, they called to verify that there was only one on hand & if I still wanted it due to it requiring 2 ( brake rotors ).
So they just wanted to verify if I still wanted to place the order.

Best place for Volvo and Meredes parts.
Always get the right part and usually within a couple of days at most. Mark is real helpful, He has even found parts for the Mercedes from someone else when he didn't carry the part

Big waste in packing materials
Materials are all as advertised. However, why did they send 1 filter, 3 washers for oil filter and 1 oil filter in such a big box? It does not make sense for shipping cost and wastage of packing materials!

Thank you for your comments Raymond. It sounds like you received everything you ordered as expected and in good condition, it is just the large size of the box you are concerned with. I cannot tell what size box your order was packed in, we do try to find a balance between a small enough box to minimize cost and environmental impact and a large enough box to allow for adequate packing materials to prevent damage.
If you feel the box each excessively large it is possible we did not have an appropriately sized small box on hand and had to use a larger box to get your order out on schedule. The larger box size did not affect your cost at all as our shipping is flat rate regardless of size or weight.
