I have been dealing with German Parts for a while now, I buy salvage cars, repair them and sell them on.

In the last 2 years of dealing with German Parts I can quite honestly say I have never had a problem, every part I have purchased has been either brand new or top quality second hand, priced perfectly and I have even put cars in for repair with them as they don’t just supply parts.

I can see some bad reviews on here and I can quite honestly say “you can’t please everyone” that’s just business, these guys are honest kind people, something you don’t often get in this trade anymore.

I will always do business with them!

After months of being messed around by many suppliers, supplied the incorrect headlight twice and scammed German Parts really saved the day!

I purchased a brand new BMW 5 series headlight and an extremely great price (compared to the dealer) as my headlight was extremely hard to come by German Parts advised me they would need to order it in and would take roughly 3-5 working days to arrive, as promised it arrived at my door on the 5th day and wrapped perfectly, had it fitted at my local garage who unfortunately didn’t have the right equipment to code the headlight so was forced to go to my local main dealer, none the less was coded without any issues and I am finally back on the road!

Enquired about a headlight for my Audi - great initial communication and confirmed they could supply the part I asked for - offered a discount - thought "great".
Very quick delivery but only to find that they had not supplied the part number I asked for - sent an earlier edition, which, Audi advised not to fit to my car.
Asked if they could supply the part number I needed or a refund. No attempt was made to supply the part I needed and was told to order it from Audi. Returns authorised and I was told that a refund would be processed within 3-5 working days after receipt of the returned goods. Never happened.
That was the middle of August and I have only just managed to get my refund this week after having to chase it up.
Very poor after sales service and to be honest, would avoid.

I am not quite sure why anyone is giving these guys bad reviews without going into it to much I bought a headlight from them which was not suitable and without delay I have just received a notification with my refund pending on my PayPal account, the owner Joe as well as his team have been more than helpful and they are far from rude like some reviews state I would definitely go back to them for any future parts I might require and my son in law who has a garage is now going to use them as their prices are very competitive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOYS VERY RUDE AFTER THEY TAKING YOUR MONEY

This company has been extremely helpful from the moment I bought an item from them - They have a wassap number where you can easily contact them with any questions and you will receive a response straight away. They have gone above & behind to help make sure I received my parts down to the owner of the company actually personally delivering the part himself to me.

I would recommend German Car parts to anyone looking to buy a part for their car!

Thanks to German Parts managed to purchase new genuine headlight with good price comparativ to other companies for my Bmw 430d, really good customer service, spoke to Joseph and sorted me out straight away, will highly recommend, thank you again for your help.

Professional from the start! I contacted German Parts regarding a headlight for my bmw 5 series, my passenger side headlight was suffering with the typical condensation issue, BMW main agent have been useless and unfortunately do not cover this under warranty due to the age of the vehicle.

Lucky enough German Parts supplied me with a brand new genuine headlight complete for an amazing price, I received my order within 5 days and everything is now working as it should, when the drivers side goes I know exactly where to come to now! Thank you again guys!

Hi I will advise any one buying any parts of this company. Be carefull, I have been scammed by £1629.00. Bought a pair for 5 series headlamps brand new it says on the website. With 6 months guarantee. Once the lights were fitted after few days, it start showing faults. Rang them up told them some time they working and then they come up with a fault code, provided all the evidence required. They told me try swaping the lights around, change the bulb, and some other stuff which didn't make any sense. When asked for a refund for a fault light or replace it with another one. I was told by my bank they saying we don't cover the parts once the garage has fitted in. If they want I can bring car down and they can fit in, or just refund for a faulty light. I will advise any one buying a part of them please go to some one ,else pay a bit extra and don't blow your money away. I am gone log a complaint with Consumer rights.

The lights worked for 3 days , the garage did all the checks before installing the lights, you scammed me, the reason if you were honest, why didn't you replace the light which was faulty, you can just blame the garage for the fitting. I will advise every one don't just look at there warranty. Read the cancellation and refund policy and you will find out , how they play you. If they had a good customer services they would have done a simple.exchange. I will report this to trading standards. You sold me a second hand and faulty part.

Joseph sourced a new headlight for our Porsche Cayenne, he kept me up to date with everything, part delivered and installed. Excellent communications, brilliant price, great service from start to finish and part fitted perfectly. Highly recommended and I know where to go when I need any more parts.

I ordered a new headlight for my Audi A4, best price I could find especially for a new headlight. The headlight came within a week, packed very carefully. I contacted German Parts as the shipping status was stuck on processing and Emily the Logistics Manager was very helpful and prompt with replies.
Would highly recommend.

New Light was fitted today to my A4 Avant and it is perfect! No more warning lights or indicator doing a disco tune every time I turn right!

From start to finish excellent service and products, purchased 2 BMW 5 series adaptive headlights from German Parts back in early December, the headlights had to come from there main warehouse in Germany, I was given a rough delivery time of 4-7 working days, from the day I placed the order to the day I received it they always kept me updated via email and WhatsApp!

The headlights were brand new and at such a competitive price compared to the main dealer, saved me a fortune!
