got through at 38 minutes to be told the payouts team had gone home for the evening and to try in the morning.

Requested £140 back to the same Visa I put in with on the 2nd. It sat in the cashier at pending 4 days, moved to “in review” without anyone telling me, and the money turned up on the 11th with no word about the gap.
