Generally rude and unhelpful
Generally rude and unhelpful. Came looking to sell silver and received bad customer service. Waited over 20 minutes before somebody took the items to a backroom. Waited a further 15 minutes before they returned and said there were too many items to test. Went to a place down the road and they sorted it in 5 minutes.
