Excellent experience with Gerrys wines
Excellent experience with Gerrys wines. Ordered a bottle of Angels Envy bourbon I’d been struggling to get in the UK. Good price, fast delivery and well packed. Perfect. Will certainly use again.

Poor communication
Updated: the goods arrived the day after I submitted this review. I have duly amended the rating which now reflects the lack of communication.
This was the only site I could find with a particular product so I ordered it. Having paid on PayPal I received PayPal notification but nothing from the company. After 4 days I emailed requesting an update: nothing. The website show “ order in process”. After a week I rang as there had been no change and was assured that I should receive it in the next day or so, although the person answering the phone failed to mute it and I heard him asking “ well, what shall I tell him?”. I checked two days later on the website which rather said order complete, but that the order had not been shipped. I’m still waiting. Frankly I think they’re cowboys.
