Ein Stern ist noch zuviel

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel. Gutschein online gekauft und erhalten. Aber er ist nicht einlösbar. In der Filiale wird er nicht akzeptiert, da der Strichcode fehlt, online funktioniert er nicht, da der Code fehlerhaft ist. Ersetzt wird nicht, es kommen sehr standartisierte Antworten. Auf das eigentliche Problem wird nicht eingegangen. Totale Katastrophe. Einmal und nie wieder. Lasst die Finger von dieser Firma.
