3 days ago I wrote a negative review…

3 days ago I wrote a negative review regarding my purchase of a 'blunt' Huusk knife. Very quickly Huusk responded to my complaint and were very very concerned in relation to my purchase and my experience. This was followed by a personal telephone call together with profuse apologies. This matter has been resolved very professionally and to mutual satisfaction. Thank you Huusk for your prompt response and subsequent support.

Received the knife which is average

Received the knife which is average. Mistakenly ordered 4 sheaths instead of 1 to transport it. Have attempted to return the 3 sheaths for a refund but so far nothing nearly 3 weeks later. Phone number given cannot get through to and chat is good to chat but still no way of returning items for refund. Feel they are not interested and still getting loads of emails for items to buy. Avoid them. If I finally get them sent back and get a refund I will update this review.
04/12/2024 Following a telephone call from Huusk advising they would reimburse me the extra money for the sheaths I can confirm the £44 has now been refunded as Huusk stated. Thank you.
