I've used Cool Box twice now within the past 3 years and super happy with my choice. They make the entire process, from start to finish so easy. I used PODS once first, but once I used Cool Box, I never looked back. Pricing is good, but the customer experience is just exceptional. Kerry at the main office managed the process effortlessly, and I was delighted Steven delivered once again. (he manages the OC and he rocks! Literally, the box was dropped and expertly placed in 10 minutes! Yes, its a very user friendly product & service, but the focus was truly on "service" - both friendly and professional. Won't hesitate to use them again for my moving and storage needs.

We felt the cost for the unit was more than fair. Our sale agent was helpful and empathetic to our needs. The reason we gave only three stars and not more was on one of our visits to pick-up an item from our unit, everything in it was disheveled. In fact, two items had been damaged severely. However, on the previous visit to retrieve something everything was in order. I don't know if someone was having a bad day or if our unit simply fell off the fork-lift, but it was pretty upsetting.

I had done a search on mobile storage boxes and had read some reviews that weren't the kindest, regarding Cool Box. After calling and getting quotes, we had decided to go with Cool Box. We thought we'd only use it for one month, it ended up being a 4 month rental. We rented it to store our house hold belongings and furniture while we had new flooring installed throughout the entire house. Then we decided to keep it longer to have the entire inside of the house painted. Then we decided that since we had the Cool Box, why not use it to store the garage items in it so that we could get new flooring installed in the garage. A lot of our neighbors had said that they thought it was a great idea instead of moving everything from room to room while renovating! We thought so too. When I had called for pickup, they scheduled it and came just like they had said they would. Plus because I had mentioned Yelp when I first ordered the Cool Box, we did not get charged for the pickup! The original delivery guy placed it right where we had wanted it with plenty of room to open the door and to load and unload the Cool Box. He leveled it out as well. We didn't have to be home for the pickup, however, I was. That was just as easy as the delivery. I never received extra charges like other people on their reviews mentioned. I'm guessing they didn't understand the price and process that they explained when you order it. Everything was smooth and just so easy. The gals on the phone were always polite and never acted like I was crazy for extending the pick up date again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage or renovating their home to store on their own property. Thank you Cool Box.

Great service all around from California to Texas!!

These guys went above and beyond for me. They were very understanding and flexible with the closing dates of my house changing and finding space for the cool boxes to be dropped off. They were able to drop off two and wait until I had those emptied out and came back, picked those two up and dropped off the third. There customer service is second to none. They are very reasonably priced. I saved almost 50% off of what PODS would have cost and their service was far superior. The only very minor thing that I can say was that the third cool box had a roll up door, and this presented a little trouble opening the door. The items in the box shifted during shipping, and pushed several items against the door. I had to force the door open which in turn destroyed my guitar case and damaged my guitar. The other two were hinged doors that worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend Cool Box to any one who is looking for this type of service. Just ask for hinged doors.

Easy to order, great customer service very helpful Ordered 2-coolbox separate day delivery and pickup due to our short driveway!
Only huge disappointment was our last storage container was stored overnight and next day delivery to the final destination we found our lock was missing and a few large gardening tools were missing and 2-side tables that were plastic wrapped sealed were broken into.
No one helped us from coolbox, driver said the lock was there didn’t catch it till 30 minutes later and it wasn’t worth reporting it to our insurance.
Would have been nice if as someone called us to give us a credit for the last month!!!

The service was punctual and friendly. The CoolBox was clean and spacious, perfect for our needs. My only issue was that though I rented the unit for 4 months and returned only 5days into the 5th month, I was charged for the whole month. This may have been mentioned when i first contracted for the rental, i don't really remember to be honest, but I feel that after the 2 month minimal rental anything beyond that should be prorated. Afterall, they are able to rent the unit to someone else before the end of the month? When I asked for a refund for the remainder of the month, I was advised of this practice. In their defense, Cool Box did agree to refund the 90$ pick up fee.

Working with Coolbox service and follow through was great, while we had to organize and plan (2) moves out of state. I appreciated their communication, and actual delivery service to the locations, that was on time!

We asked for extra service, not knowing how large of a container we had to load, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable with the support we needed, to make our move less stressful. I have recommended Coolbox to other people while we were moving. I hope they create more service locations in other states.
