EASY PEASY

It was so easy to book with an adviser that listened and understood our requirements, we were very impressed with our agent Mohan. Everything went so well during our that i would recommend GetACruise and i will use them again.

Right from the first time I checked on…

Right from the first time I checked on line, Mohan has been very helpful. He sorted everything for me, he was very patient and professional. Took his time to explain and went through the booking process with me. He's brilliant 👏🏼

Brilliant Service

Brilliant company and brilliant customer service. Was tended to as supposed when I called regarding a booking. The agent was very polite and reassuring. Was issue was fixed very swiftly and would book through them again.

Cancelled cruise0

I had cruise to the Middle East for the 25th March which was cancelled first by msc and then by emirates I was never told by Getacruise it was cancelled and only found out by googleI have heard nothing from the agent since I had the tickets the beginning of March.I have tried to contact them but have been told the have closed so have referred it to abta.

Would have given 'no stars' if this was an option

If there was a no star I would have chosen this. They advertise fab deals but when you come to book, those deals are bogus and keep adding costs on. Our booking was messed up, our pre cruise stay in USA has ended up one day less because of their mistake and now its been a nightmare to sort out. The customer service is dreadful, you cant speak to anyone if you are unhappy and they don't reply to emails. Contacted Citizens Advice who have suggested I complain to ABTA which I am planning. Cant trust the holiday will be without issues and too much money to chance it!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. They forgot to ask us for the balance of the cost, and are never available on the phone.
Having finally received the E-ticket, they have booked our return flight for five hours BEFORE we are allowed to disembark!

A true shambles with no one to speak to!

We will never use them again.......

Dreadful experience with this company.

Booked by telephone. I was given lots of wrong information by agent. So far I have paid in full for a cruise and stay and all they have sent is an invoice which states the wrong ship and an outward flight, which takes 3 days to arrive! No confirmation was received. They seem to have broken every ABTA rule, even the advert stated “ transfers included” but they say they are not!
I have reported them to ATOL, ABTA, trading standards and the ASA.
