customer service struggling?
Appalling customer service. Ask for forms to be completed but don’t provide them. Ghost you on messages, “office” telephone never open. … Finally my calls/messages were responded to today. The agent was super apologetic and helpful and I get the impression the “back office systems” are really glitchy and the staff are overwhelmed sorting it out . He was really professional and went out of his way to try and sort the problem so have amended my review . Appreciated his honesty and helpfulness

Took 5 weeks to get a refund after my…
Took 5 weeks to get a refund after my delivery was shipped to someone else’s address, fobbed off for weeks and had to go elsewhere for my medication as I was running out, certainly won’t be using them again, you only know how good a company is when they step up and accept liability and these guys were terrible..

Chat service really bad.
Didn’t got sent the delivery link. Had to go myself to the store to check what was going on.
Edit to say:
The staff at the High Street Kensington was amazing.
And no I didn’t have access to that information for some reason. Tracking number was not sent. And it took ages for the chat support to actually do anything to not talk about taking actions without even replying to my questions.

Always had a good experience with this company. Quick dispatch, no unnecessary questions or silly video calls, customer service is helpful and they use RM who deliver efficiently (guess this will end when it's sold to the middle east).

Disappointing service over all
Disappointing service over all, no notification when they asked for photo / evidence. Took ages to respond to messages. Then asked for proof of address, when you ask the AI chat it what that needs to be, it says you don’t need to provide proof of address. Told them I was waiting on these for my next dose, was told it would be with me by 14th, only arrived today (16th).

TERRIBLE Experience
The experience here is awful - they take your money - ask you questions and then dont reply - They have made me miss my injection day. I have tried call but the number takes you to message and puts the phone down. They then say you must message or email and they do NOT respond to that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Messaged 3 times to order Monjaro and they took the money off my card and took nearly 2 weeks to receive it. Once received the parcel was damaged. I will not order with these again
