Easy booking and aftercare service from Alina was great!

GetAFlight allowed me to place booking and said that booking was 'processing' for over 24hrs. Eventually I rang only to be told that the fares were not available, and that the same flight would now cost £100 more. When I asked about the fares that I had that moment found on their website (only £7 more than the original booking), I was told by customer service that this flight was not available either. They seem to be listing fares on their website that don't exist, sending out a 'booking pending' email which stalls you until the prices rise, then quoting a higher price. GetAFlight never notified me that the fare was no longer available - I had to ring and enquire - and also recommended on their email that I should not re-book while the payment was apparently 'processing' so that I did not book twice. Because of this, I wasted 24hrs awaiting confirmation for a flight that was already unavailable, and have now lost over £50 having to book when prices went up. In the end, I booked directly through the airline, which offered a price considerably cheaper than GetAFlight's supposed best deal quoted over the phone for the same flight.

I find doing things on line very difficult but Travis listened and talked me through making it much easier, so very pleased with the service.

Amber was very patient and helpful and took a lot of time to investigate multiple options and get the best deal for UK-NZ flights for me and my daughter with some very specific requirements. Thank you Amber and GetaFlight.

Easy to book and could see all the information we inputted easily which is a relief as booking flights can be quite stressful! Robert was very helpful in WhatsApp chat for making sure we had seats booked and very informative

SCAM!

Booked through these crooks and my e ticket was sent to me with the wrong surname, my name was accurately entered as James and PH Travel entered it as Jamesu ?? They called to say they can change the name for £125 or £75 to cancel!!
Bait and Scammers trying to get more money from people.
I’ve reported the scam to my bank, luckily I’ve made the booking by credit card 🙏
