All the 5 star reviews on here are fake. No way anyone would be happy with this fly-by-night scamster.
As stated in all the other 1 star reviews this place is absolutely not what is advertised. I didn’t even access the game and asked for a refund and was told that there is no refunds.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE!

They are SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The good:
- Customer chat were pretty quick to respond and help me with my questions
- Quick delivery of the product
- Ended up with a more than I was expecting (nice surprise)
- Price

The not so good:
- You are not getting an activation key for the game. You are getting access to an account with the game already on it. This is not clear in the website.
- If you no longer have access to this other account, you lose access to the game you purchased.

Due to the price of Nintengo games, I will likely use this website again, however, it would be good to know what is what from the start. While it does gloss over this in the 'About Us' page, who actually looks there...

The videogame was offered as account key instead of Download code key, but it was not started in the description of the item.
I ordered a refund and I expect it within 2-3 days.

This is an amazing site to get your games. It's a good price, and it's easy to get your game! Also, the customer service is fast and on time.

Got scammed when unaware of the acc but thought was key nobody said a account or key and price was good one but no refund policy my ass...,please change TOS to make a expection not only when it's undelivered but when there's problems considering make one,tried to talk to Jimmy and screenshot of chat,needed something on switch but didn't know it was a account unwritten,for now don't buy it until they change I doubt it or give me my money back,for a re 4 account instead of key

I brought a game code and it wouldn't work. I then contacted customer service and he wanter me to open a new email address and open a new switch account in order to use the code. This is wrong and there should be no need to do this. I should just type the code in and go. I then asked for a refund and they closed the order and sed I would get my refund. But they lied and I didn't get anything back. This company basically Rob from children and should be ashamed. Don't go here for anything.

First of, nowhere does it say the game is delivered via account. I was always led to believe it was a key, but alright, I was willing to try it out. I did and at first it worked. A few hours later, went back to play and the game and it was no longer playable. The account needed to be logged in again, upon entering the password, it would not log in as it seemed that the password had been changed and the account locked. No account and It seems like a total scam…

It's a scam, don't buy anything.

I would never buy a game from this company. The game's shop page doesn't say anywhere that it's not a Nintendo key. It even says that the code can be used worldwide. After you have bought the game, you have to enter an e-mail address and a password. The company then creates a new Nintendo account with the purchased game. However, you are not allowed to change the password according to their instructions (so they have access to the account at all times). When I complained to support and asked for a refund, they turned me down. In the end, the chat was cancelled by the company.

Says on site code give account instead did the steps couldnt even play asked for refund and couldnt cause of digital product basicly don't waste your money and time here people

They advertised a product as a switch game digital code that could be redeemed globally. What they sent after checkout was directions for adding another Nintendo account to by switch and then I would have to share the game from the new account to my existing. That is against the Nintendo Terms of Service, and gets people banned. You cannot advertise one thing and then fulfill the order with something different. You must start disclosing that you are selling ACCOUNTS and not game codes if that is what you are going to keep doing. Thank goodness I screenshotted everything. While their customer service agreed to refund me , I am now out the money for days to weeks (up to 28 days according to CSR) and they have wasted my time with this entire process.

all the steps to redeem it was really clear, buy is really easy, but this is not an code to redeem on the nintendo switch, no refund, no answer.

There was excellent shipment the agents were nice and I got it really fast +some other games

My Nintendo switch was console banned after purchasing a code for Assassins Creed Black Flag. First ever experience with this service as I originally thought I was buying a download code NOT an account.

Anyway that thought aside, I continue with the service and as soon as I synced the account to my switch, after 25 minutes I was booted off the account. Password changed and 3 days later I was console banned.

Now im down £300 on a nintendo switch I can never connect to the e-store and redownload games ive paid for on my actual account.

After reading Nintendo’s terms and conditions it states buying accounts violates their terms so I can’t even get unbanned.

Tried to use the site to quickly get a game and use it while stores were closed. The delivery is not „instant“ as their site claims, it takes about two days.
You do not receive the game, you receive access to an apparently shared/hacked account with the game purchased. That way you never know when you‘ll lose access to the game.
