Disappointing Experience
Just had a kitchen sink resurfaced. Initial visit resulted in the sink looking like the surface of the moon that had been coated over. I spent a week leaving voice mails and texts which were not acknowledged by the owner until a week later. The owner then indicated that it might be due to a chemical reaction with the previous coating, but there was also failure to properly smooth out the previous imperfections in the sink.
They did come back and sand it down and recoat the sink. The recoat looked better, but there are still areas that appear to be small pieces of debris that were coated over, almost like grains of sand under the finish. The product at the sink flange is already separating and failing within 2-weeks. I have numerous photos of the issues.
They also somehow managed to get some of the product on my cabinets above. I have called and texted the owner for nearly 2-weeks trying to find out what I can use to remove this hardened product from my cabinets, and he simply does not respond. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
