AIA is a scam. Their accounts stop working within days and all messages from their profiles go straight to spam. Support is useless, they reply only after 5+ follow-ups and just blame you instead of fixing the problem. I lost over $1,000 and never got a working account. Stay away, don’t waste your money.

All of the items I wanted are unavailable because they have very limited stock.
I understand that shortages can happen but it would be helpful if there were clearer communication regarding the status of products.
What was even more disappointing was the customer support experience.
They used to reply me after I sent more than 3 or 4 emails. Very slow response.
Then, when I contacted them for issues in my purchased products, I had been sending messages and emails for over a week.
But NO RESPONSE.
Never recommend this company.
