The Audizen product did not work for me. I did follow the return procedure. It has been returned now for 16 days and I do not have a refund. I have attempted to call ClickBank which is an intermediary ordering company for Audizen. They do have an efficient Service Desk collection process, but still no word from Audizen and no return of money.
Scam. Tried to return useless product, customer service ignores emails.
Audizen did not have any effect on my tinnitus. I ordered from the official site and followed the directions. When I tried to get a refund, they ghosted me. I should have known that a product that is marketed in this manor is nothing but snake oil from snake oil salesmen! Don’t waste your money or your time trying to get a refund. You will just end up feeling foolish for trying this product in the first place.
I believe GETAUDIZEN.COM is a scam. They will not give a refund even though the website says: "60 DAY GUARANTEED MONEY BACK". I reached out repeatedly over several weeks, providing the order number and RMV number which they gave me to authorize the return. Then they offered to refund half. I said no, you offered: "100 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". Then they offered me a coaching program instead. I said no again. I have emailed at least 10 times. GETAUDIZEN.COM.TO ME IS A SCAM. I am out $227.00.
