Great communication and service.

Very impressed with how this company does business. Watch I purchases was seen by them to have some issues and they called and explained everything and asked what I wanted to do. Very easy process and got my money back with no issues. Will continue to use Bezel.

The payment experience definitely could have been better. It was somewhat cumbersome with the wire transfer; credit card would have been simple, but would also have added hundreds to the cost. Otherwise the buying experience, the process, the communication were all great, and, of course, the watch was beautiful.

I appreciated that the watch was sent to Basil for authentication and that is a part of the process. Often times with online sales there is a fundamental trust that needs to be had or you can pay an egregious amount for an authentication process - whatever that means. It’s nice and reassuring to know that when the time piece arrived it had a checklist of everything that was authenticated by Bezel, including the movement and strap. The addition of the travel case was a really nice bonus as well. Thank you.

undisclosed fees and costs associated with me receiving my watch. Over priced verification charges compared to other auction vendors with little transparency over subtotals, bid spacing, and overall billing experience. Additionally high cut if an individual wanted to take advantage of the 24hr return window they would be losing on the watch. Less good faith than their top competitors in grailzee and Chrono24 along with industry standards like ebay, stock x, tourneau, etc

I was super happy with the quality of the entire process with Bezel. It may not be the least expensive way of purchasing a watch, but the authentication process seemed to be top-notch and that provides a great deal of confidence that I will remember in the future. The communication was also extremely reassuring, and the delivery was professional and timely. Overall, a really good experience.

I have never felt more disrespected by a company. I’m a seller with tens of thousands of dollars in sales on the platform, and I needed a new listing published. Over the course of a week, I reached out multiple times through both chat support and email. Not a single response acknowledging the request or providing any resolution. Such a disregard for sellers is disappointing.
