Ghosted.

I provided Alex with my CV and initially, he seemed on the ball and attentive. Unfortunately (and abruptly) he 'ghosted' me. Alex didn't have the decency to respond to any of my emails (even those asking if he could confirm where he had sent my CV so I didn't apply twice). It's incredibly difficult in the job market currently and you would think that recruiters would have the common decency to respond to emails. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unfortunately, based on my experience.
