I am not one to write reviews but I am very disappointed with the new Bril. I purchased a bundle of two (2) to replace a set of the original Bril I have which by now it’s about three yrs . Two (2) days after I hung it using the magnetic adhesive that comes with it to mount brush on the wall, the magnetic adhesive came off the back of the case. I tried another case and same thing happened. This never happened with the original Bril. I do not recommend this new version
I have a Phillips electric toothbrush
I have a Phillips electric toothbrush. I put on a new $12 toothbrush head. The bristles feel out after 2 weeks use of Brill. I will b contacting them. Do not buy one of these.

They don't last very long - heed my words
They don't last very long. Will stop charging or the ultraviolet light won't come on anymore. Hard to get a replacement or refund even if only 30 days old. There are better ones on the market. Don't waste your money with Bril.

Love, love, love this product! I’ve been using Bril for years. Extremely easy to charge with the provided cable. Would highly recommend if you want to make sure your toothbrush is as clean as it can be.

My Bril charger won't charge my toothbrush!
I used Bril to sanitize my toothbrush until it lost its charge after one month. I used the USB charger they provided to charge it, but it doesn't work. I've tried other USB chargers I have, but nothing works. I can't charge it no matter what I do. Of course now it's past the thirty days to return it. I feel like it was a waste of money. I liked it until this happened. What good is a product that only works for thirty days? I wish I could either get a refund or a replacement. I am very displeased.

I have ordered 2+1 units as it was a promotion. Additional shipping fee was added, which cost more than one unit, without my knowledge or consent. Out of 3 units, only 1 works properly. The other two need to be recharged every couple of hours. The customer service promised to send replacement, but it never did. Shame on them! Could not recommend this product.
Does not fit electric toothbrushes.
The advertising said it fits all brushes. NOT TRUE. Does not fit electric brushes. Both Braun and Oral B. Made me very sad. I had already opened the packages so I could not return. I had no idea that they would not fit. I am stuck with them and will give to people that use regular toothbrushes. I am sad.

Awesome product, great customer service!
Really not sure why they have so many bad reviews. Bought three of them when they had a sale. Never had an issue with charging and I love the compactness! One of them did lose a small peice that prevented the UV light from turning on. Emailed customer service with photos and even though I bought these back in April earlier this year, they sent me a brand new one, free of charge! I had an answer from customer service within a day! I was very happy they were able to replace it for me as I was expecting to be told it would be out of the warranty window.
