Fantastic experience
Hi there . I bought an expensive item at Getcamping.se that turned out to be defective. Then i thought OH NO... I then email you and shortly after i received the replacement package from you guys and it seems to be working. It is charging now, and I expect the rest to work as well. I have now packed the defective HYUNDAI and will drive to the post office shortly. I was nervous at first about having ordered my item in another country because what if ???...... But my nervousness was put to shame as my reply to my email came only a few hours after I sent it . And fantastic service that you had already sent me a replacement package after a few more hours. Greatfull was the contact with Ove from Getcamping.se. From the first minute till the arriving over 2 borders of the Hyundai HPS-1600 we have had a very good contact. Ok, the display was white for the half, but he made an agreement to change the display after the warrenty period is over. But the solar generator works fine and a well working display for me is secondary.

I believe you sold used products as brand new ones.
Both product's packages were opened previously and at least one of them was used since I could see scratches on it. (and I can guess that probably the second one was used as well)
I was in a hurry and I did not have time to order them from another site. So I had to accept them. However, maybe you sold second-hand products as new ones, but I will never trust Getcamping anymore and I will not recommend you to anyone else
