The overall process was smooth and both the GetCarrier rep and the driver were very responsive throughout the process. The initial quote provided was $100 less than the final price provided but compared to other services it was still cheaper.

I got Eva's # from my cousin, called her up, gave me a quote and found a hauler for me with a 4-5 day delivery. Day 4 I get the call from the driver saying it will be delivered by noon the next day and had it off the trailer by 1p. No issues with car, very professional at their end. Will certainly give Eva a call again.

Had 2 vehicles shipped from FL to LA (1000 miles). A small pick-up inoperable and a 6x6 military type vehicle running (on the heavy side). Great communication from John at GetCarrier and then with transporter. Pick up was set 2 weeks ahead restricted to 2 days and done on the 2nd of the two options. Vehicles arrived within 24 hrs from pickup. The quote went from just above $1900 to $1500 to $1800 final. Now understand that quotes are estimated with little info but then reality hits (for me that 6x6 was that reality). I added a few hundred as a thank you to transporter for having dropped the inoperable vehicle where I needed it despite the hardship it caused (btw I was not asked, the driver went beyond expectations here). Overall, the initial quote was a reliable estimate and to me, considering the specs of the job – absolutely great final cost – great job – great communication. A+ all around. I would call them again any day for car transport.
