I still have not received my package…

I still have not received my package that was supposed to be delivered December 9. Today is now December 12th and I have not received my package. I spent $100 and nobody has reached out to me to get down to the bottom of this. I would appreciate it if the company would give me call to figure out what happened to my package. I will keep everybody posted if they refund me or get me what I ordered but as of now don’t order from this company!!!!

Ordered an item... one month later: nothing.

Ordered an item. No tracking, just a confirmation email. One month later and my item hasn’t even shipped yet. No email that the item was backoredered... I had to reach out to THEM to find out there was a delay.
