I ordered a T-shirt from Chordwear but never received the product.
I did not receive an order confirmation email, only a text message after placing the order. I also never received any notification from DHL that the parcel had arrived or was available for pickup.
The package was returned without my knowledge.
I contacted customer support, and while they initially responded, the situation has not been resolved and I have not received a refund. Communication has now stopped.
I find it unacceptable that a customer is expected to pay for a product that was never delivered and without proper delivery notification.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I am furious with this company. In my experience, what they sent me felt like a complete betrayal of trust. I ordered two jackets with genuine excitement, only to receive items that looked nothing like the photos. The sizing was wildly off, and the quality was so cheap it honestly stunned me. Paying $85 for something that felt practically worthless left me feeling absolutely robbed.
It’s infuriating to see companies like this promoted on social media, where people believe they’re buying something real. From my experience alone, no one should have to go through this level of disappointment. I truly hope platforms—and PayPal—take experiences like mine seriously, because customers deserve so much better than what I received.

Shipping Delayed
I made an order on 2/14 and expected it to be shipped to my location within 4-6 days, as advertised. My inquiries prompted a response that they are in the process of transitioning to a new, larger warehouse facility, and shipping operations will resume within the next seven days. This information would have been helpful to know weeks ago. The company made no effort to notify me that shipping would be delayed. They have not responded to my latest email. The product is too expensive to have to deal with this lack of customer service. I plan to cancel my order.

Shocking quality, picture for advertisement looks thick tactical jacket, flimsy thin material I wouldn't use to wash my dishes, complained and asked for a return address wouldn't give me one as the item wasnt damaged, told them it doesn't look anything like the advertisement lot of good that did!

Lack of Transparency. Refund policy is not fully disclosed when ordering. A $20 per item and a $7.50 shipping fee is exorbitant and is a very bad look for Corewear. Do NOT order unless you're certain you want the item. I'm also letting AMEX know about this merchant's practices.

I would give these scammers a no stars at all if there’s an option. I wish I had read these reviews before. I did know this existed and had to dig in to find this platform for reviewing businesses. Please DO NOT BUY. Its a big scam. The product itself is bad and feels like you are gonna choke. The return process is a nightmare. You request for a return via email and if approved, they send a link and throughout the return process questionnaire, they try to convince you to keep it. If you want to return, the restocking fee is $20 per item in addition to shipping costs. Pls DO NOT EVEN try this. Its the biggest retail SCAM.
I placed an order for one of each color…
I placed an order for one of each color corewear. A couple days later I got an email saying they shipped my package and the contents said all 3 products were in the package, but only 1 item was in my mailbox. I emailed and customer service said they were sending the other two that day. Great. The package never arrived. I contacted customer service again and they said it was delivered by usps and I had to file a claim with them. So I filled out all the info and went through all the trouble only to get to the end and find out corewear didn’t insure their package. So they had me go through the trouble for nothing. Then customer service offered me 20% to buy the item again that I already bought. No. Their last offer was 50% off (so I’d only be paying 150% total! Lucky me!)

This is a terrible product. I got the V-neck undershirts and they turned blue within a short period of time after a few washings. I washed according to their instructions (and thankfully) I washed them separately. Two of the three shirts I received used blue stitching that bled. Clearly this was a manufacturing error that they refused to acknowledge. They refused to refund my purchase price or exchange the product.
The customer service experience was…one of a kind.
The customer service experience was quite something. After placing my order, I got an automated acknowledgement. I didn't hear anything further. After a couple of days, I found the comments here and decided to take action. I found an address used in an incorporation document and phoned the number associated with the address. I talked to someone who said they would carry my concerns to the company. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by customer support. I was informed that the colour I had selected would not be in stock for a few weeks. I asked for a mixed pack of whatever was available in my size. A label was created soon after, but the package didn't seem to be moving, so I contacted customer support again, and that seemed to get it moving. I'm very happy with the product. Superb quality and design. They should offer a mix pack. The colours are all great.
