ALERT....DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM COZYGIRLS OR MYCOZYGIRLS - these people are a scam- I've never received the products I ordered back in November. They send you emails that things shipped but they don't. If you actually want to track shipping progress you have to download another app. Who knows what malicious code lies in an app I've never heard of.

Ordered on 11-28, today is 12-9 and it has not shipped out and they have no phone # only an e-mail address. Still waiting on a response from them. Don't order from a company with no phone #.

If I could rank zero I would. Product is from China and NOTHING like what was advertised. Nothing “comfortable” or “soft” about these products. Don’t waste your money.

Still waiting on a refund 7 weeks despite Proof Of Delivery photo clearly showing item not delivered to correct address.

Quite possibly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Shipping times were significantly longer than advertised, and tracking of order was substandard. This led to the parcel being “returned to sender”.

After a painful experience dealing with customer service (replies are slow and stock - you’ll be lucky if they’ve actually read your email), I was told a refund was being issued - nearly seven weeks later and there is no sign of it. Instead I’m in an endless loop of “we’re investigating” or “we can reship”.

My advice - don’t bother with this site!

I ordered a set of Hamilton pajamas for my granddaughter for Christmas. Once I placed the order, I realized I ordered an extra small instead of a small. Within the hour I emailed them my mistake. They did respond saying they would try to catch the order. Unfortunately, the extra small arrived to my home. I emailed them about making an exchange, but they said I would have to pay for postage to mail it back to Asia. So be careful exchanges are not easy. I went on Amazon and ordered the Hamilton pajamas where I have free returns.

High prices for advertised "silk blend" pjs, try 100% polyester, and a Temu replica that you can get cheaper on Temu. Don't waist your time or money on this complete scam. Customer service reply" "Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern.
I’m sorry to hear that the product you received does not match your expectations based on the website description. We take product accuracy very seriously and want to ensure our customers receive exactly what they expect." No action or resolution. Avoid and go to Temu instead, because that is where they are already supplying from.

The item was bought for me, when I opened it, it was very cheaply made. Basically see through. Paid $66 and found it om Temu for $20. Absolute rip off. Dont trust.

Product took a long time to arrive, quality is okay, sizing is poor. Print has possible AI Art, but this is expected at this point with cheap prints from these sources.
Order took 16 days to arrive, site shows 10-12 days ship turnaround

Further, after making this purchase, the card I used was hit with fraudulent charges. Order was ran via Shop/Shopify.
I cannot directly trace the source of this fraud to cozy, but considering all my previous spending was fairly standard, with this one order being outside of my norm, and seeing very little review footprint for this company, I certainly cant rule it out.
