One of the biggest scammer they are i ordered a mens uk 8 on cloud shoe and the sent me a women uk 8 shoe and after that after sending number of e mails they said you tried the shoe and opened the box and we don’t have any exchange policy how will i see the shoe without opening the box they are scammers that’s why they have no exchange no refund never buy from such websites

One of the worst online shopping…

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I spent ₹45,000 on their products, trusting that a brand selling at this price point would value its customers and stand by its service. Within just 7 days of receiving the order, I reached out for an exchange/return — and was flatly refused. Even after receiving the wrong product. No attempt to understand the issue, no willingness to help, just cold, robotic replies quoting rigid policies.

When you spend this kind of money, you expect at least basic courtesy and problem-solving, not to be treated like an inconvenience. Their “customer service” is nothing more than reading scripted lines and shutting down requests. It’s clear they care only about taking your money, not about the quality of your experience after the sale.

I will never buy from them again and strongly urge anyone reading this to be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, you’ll be stuck with your purchase and zero support. There are far better brands out there that respect their customers — this is definitely not one of them.

Poor customer service.

I ordered some trainers in the boxing day sale and received them a few days later no trouble. However, when they came I decided I no longer liked them and wanted to return them. I sent multiple emails and Instagram DM’s and had no reply…and still have not…from the 30th of December. My mum then decided to make a comment on the poor customer service on a few of their Instagram posts to which they personally messaged her to say they had been ‘’logged out’’ of their instagram and processed a refund from my order. I have now sent the shoes back and have received my refund but they still have not replied to my message through my Instagram.
Would not recommend ordering off this website as the customer service is not up to standards.

Not sure if I was just lucky looking at…

Not sure if I was just lucky looking at other reviews but I received my items in 2 days. Very fast considering it was over the bank holiday and through the Royal Mail. There were some marks on my shoes but they came off with a quick wipe. Impressed.

Been waiting 3 weeks for a pair of…

Been waiting 3 weeks for a pair of trainers, no response to my emails or Instagram dm's and when I comment on their Instagram posts asking for a reply my comments get deleted! Will be contacting clearpay to try get my money back

Disgusting service

Disgusting service. Took the money, 0 communication. Then 4 weeks later refunded it because obviously couldn’t be bothered to deliver my order! Or do you even supply these trainers ? Or do you just sell to influencers to look good ? Very bad customer service ! BLOCKED and I’d advise everyone else to do the same ! Unless you want to be scammed.

Made an order on the 14th December……

Made an order on the 14th December… still haven’t received my order and I have contacted them several times via email and DM but no reply. So I will be contacting Trading Standards come Monday morning!!
